100 ml of solution contain

active agents: chlorhexidina biglyukonat 0.1 g

of a hexamidine diizetionat 0.1 g

chlorcresol of 0.3 g,

excipients: filler (rn 5) cocamidopropyl betaine of 30%, dietanolamid koprovy fatty acids, edetovy acid, fragrance coniferous, lactic acid, purified water.

A pharmacodynamics

antibacterial substances are Tsiteal’s part: chlorhexidin the hexamidine diizetionat-a cationic antiseptic agent from group of diamidines, chlorcresol an antiseptic agent from group of galogenofenol is a cationic antiseptic agent (synthetic bigunid).

Tsiteal has bacteriostatic, fungistatic and trikhomonatsidny activity. It is active in the relation:

– gram-positive bacteria: Streptococcus spp, Staphylococcus spp,

– gram-negative bacteria: Proteus spp, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Gardnerella vaginalis, Neisseria gonorrhea,

– protozoa: Trichomonas vaginalis,

– mushrooms: Candida albicans, Trichophyton rubrum, Microsporum canis.

In the conditions of in vitro inactivates the Herpes simplex virus (type I and II). Drug keeps activity in the presence of biological substances (pus, blood, serous liquid). Works within 18 hours after drawing. Has antipruritic effect. Does not paint and does not render irritant action when drawing on skin and mucous membranes, does not break acid-base balance of skin and a vagina (rn =5). Does not cause a photosensitization.

Indications

as a part of complex therapy

– inflammatory and urogenital diseases (a vulvitis, a genital itching, a vaginitis, a cervicitis, a thrush, at an intertrigo at children, teenagers, elderly women)

– infections of skin and postoperative wounds

– sanitation of a vagina when using local contraceptive means

With the preventive purpose

– infections, sexually transmitted

– antiseptic processing of hands of medical personnel, wound surfaces

the Route of administration and doses

Solution for topical administration, use not divorced or in cultivation 1:10. Solution should be prepared just before use.

Not divorced solution is used in mycoses, in gynecologic practice (a vulvitis, a cervicitis, when using Naval Forces), for prevention of infections sexually transmitted, aseptic processing of hands.

Not divorced solution or in cultivation 1:10 is used in dermatological practice (eczema, an acne, bacterial dermatitis, herpes).

Solution in cultivation 1:10 is used in surgical practice (washing and processing of wounds and ulcers), for processing of skin of children (including chest age).

– local allergic reactions: contact eczema, dermatitis, morbidity, an itching, burning, xeroderma, redness,

Contraindication rash

– hypersensitivity to any component of drug

Medicinal interactions

It is necessary to avoid simultaneous or consecutive use of other cationic and anion antiseptic agents (antagonism, an inactivation, etc.).

Not to use together with ordinary soaps. Not to allow contact with traffic jams from a pith tree.

Special instructions

use Drug with care on the big surfaces of skin at premature and newborn children, in burns, when using occlusive bandages or diapers at children for an exception of dermal absorption.

It is not necessary to allow hits of drug in eyes and ears (in case of perforation of a tympanic membrane).

Drug is not used locally in ophthalmologic practice.

Drug should not be used:

& middot as antiseptic before an injection (phlebotomy, an injection).

& middot, for any invasive procedures demanding surgical antiseptics (laparoscopy, catheterization of the central vein, etc.).

& middot, disinfection of medical or surgical tools.

Use in pediatrics
