Return Policy
Due to safety and regulatory reasons, we are unable to accept returns of any medication. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team at hello@rxeli.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
Cancelling Your Order:
You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure that the cancellation can be processed before the package is dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
In case of order cancellation, refunds are processed within 1-3 business days, minus the bank transfer fee or cryptocurrency transfer fee if the order was paid for with cryptocurrency.
Shipping Policy
Standard Shipping:
- Delivery and handling via Registered Air Mail is $15 per order.
- Free shipping for orders over $149.
EMS (Express Mail Service) Shipping:
- Delivery and handling via EMS is $35 per order.
- EMS shipping is recommended primarily for orders to Australia because small packages sent via regular mail are not trackable and EMS offers faster delivery times.
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. If a product you ordered is on backorder or has been discontinued by our supplier, we will notify you via email within three days of your order. Backordered or discontinued items will be automatically canceled.
Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together unless you request the order to be shipped complete. Parts of your order may be shipped from different countries in separate parcels. Delivery time is typically 1–4 weeks. We are based in Kazakhstan and primarily ship from Almaty, Kazakhstan to worldwide destinations, with some shipments from the USA.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the importation of medications is permitted in their country.
Please check with your local customs office or relevant authorities to verify that your order complies with the regulations of your country.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Refunds Policy
We understand that unexpected situations can arise during shipping. If your package is lost, damaged, or seized by customs, we will either issue a refund for your purchase or resend the package.
Please contact us promptly if any of these issues occur, and we will resolve the situation as swiftly as possible.
Age Policy
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on our website. By making a purchase, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to cancel any orders if we suspect that the purchaser is underage.
Prescription Policy
We do not require you to provide a prescription when placing an order with us. However, by ordering from us, you confirm that you have a valid prescription from your healthcare provider for the medication you are purchasing.
Please ensure that you are in compliance with the regulations of your country regarding the importation of prescription medications.
Payment Policy
- We can accept WIRE BANK TRANSFER (SWIFT, SEPA, ACH) payments in USD, EUR, GBP and AUD. If you select the wire payment option during checkout, we will email instructions for wiring your payment to us. Once payment is received and cleared, your order will be shipped
- We are pleased to accept BITCOIN is an alternative payment method to WIRE TRANSFER. You will receive an email with the BTC address and BTC amount to allow you to pay for the order. Every customer will receive a different address so we can track who’s payment is being received. Bitcoin is an open source, international digital currency that anyone can use.
