excipients: cocoa butter (teobromovy oil), methylparahydroxybenzoate, propilparagidroksibenzoat, starch corn.
The description
Opaque suppositories from pale white till light yellow color, a torpedo-shaped form.

The pharmacodynamics
Benzocaine – active superficial mestnoanesteziruyushchy means, has no resorptive effect, reduces permeability of a cellular membrane for sodium ions, forces out calcium ions from the receptors located on an internal surface of a membrane blocks carrying out a nervous impulse. Benzocaine has expressed the anesthetizing effect.
Indications
– external and internal hemorrhoids
– cracks, an erosion and microtraumas of an anus
– the anal itching which is followed by the expressed pain syndrome
– in pains after the proctologic
operations Route of administration and a dose
to use Drug after holding hygienic procedures. To enter into a rectum on 1 suppository to 4 times a day (in the morning, for the night and after each bowel emptying). The maximum daily dose – 4 suppositories. Duration of a course of treatment – 7-10 days.
Side effect
Is rare: allergic reactions: burning, hyperaemia, skin rashes in an anus.
Contraindications
– the increased individual sensitivity to any of drug components
– a clotting disease
– a granulocytopenia
– children’s age up to 12 years
– pregnancy and the period of a lactation
Medicinal interactions
the Benzocaine which is a part Relif Advans can be the antagonist to drugs of aminosalicylic acid.
Benzocaine in cases of considerable exceeding the recommended doses and duration of reception can enhance effects of inhibitors of a monoaminooxidase (MAO), antidepressants and antihypertensives
Special instructions
In cases of plentiful bloody discharges from an anus or at preservation of painful symptoms more than 7 days it is necessary to consult in addition with the proctologist.
Before use of the drug Relif Advans for children 12 years are more senior consult with the doctor.

does not influence.
Overdose
Symptoms: burning, hyperaemia.
Treatment: drug withdrawal and symptomatic treatment.

On 2 planimetric packs together with the instruction for medical use in the state and Russian languages place in a pack from cardboard.
