Orniksil No. 30 of a tablet contains In each tablet: Ornithine of 200 mg Silmmarin of 70 mg Artichoke of 200 mg Pharmacotherapeutic group: Gepatoprotektor, dezintoksikant, hypoazotemic, gipoammoniyemichesky, bile-expelling, diuretic. Pharmacological properties: Ornithine renders disintoxication, hypoazotemic, gepatoprotektivny, gipoammoniyemichesky action. Utilizes ammonium groups in urea synthesis (ornitinovy cycle). Reduces concentration of ammonia in blood plasma, contributes to normalization of the acid-base state (ABS) of blood, at the same time improves solubility of salts and accelerates their discharges with urine.
