Endogenous connections enkephalins and endorphins (sometimes they are called pleasure hormones) and other peptides playing an important role in regulation of pain, permeability of vessels and other processes take part in functioning of an anti-nociceptive system. The local and reflex reactions arising at the same time promote improvement of blood supply and food of fabrics, easing of pains.
