active agents: a glycosamine sulfate of 250 mg, chondroitin sulfate (in the form of sodium sulfate chondroitin) 200 mg, an ibuprofen (in the form of mix of an ibuprofen of 66%) 100 mg,
excipients: the cellulose microcrystalline silicated, starch corn prezhelatinizirovanny, stearic acid, sodium of starch glikolit, krospovidon, magnesium stearate, polyvinylpirrolidone, silicon dioxide.
Structure of the capsule: gelatin, titan dioxide (E 171), varnish blue FD&C No. 1 (E133).
The description
Solid gelatin capsules of size No. of 0 C a blue cover and the white body with the inscription THERAFLEX ADVANCE. Contents of capsules: powder, white or white with insignificant shades, with a slight smell.

Chondroitin properties sulfate participates in construction and restoration of cartilaginous tissue, protects it from destruction and improves mobility of joints. Has anti-inflammatory effect, promotes decrease in intensity of a pain syndrome.
A glycosamine sulfate activates synthesis of the proteoglycans, hyaluronic, chondroitinsulphuric acids and other substances which are a part of articulate covers, intra articulate liquid and cartilaginous tissue.
The ibuprofen renders fast soothing, anti-inflammatory, febrifugal effect.
The drug Teraflex Advans reduces constraint and promotes increase in volume of the movement in joints.
Indications
– in an aggravation phase in primary and secondary osteoarthrosis
– in other degenerative dystrophic diseases of joints of extremities and intervertebral disks
– in injuries of joints
the Adult to apply the Route of administration and doses to simplification of a pain syndrome on 2 capsules 2-3 times a day after a meal. Capsules accept inside, washing down with a small amount of water. Duration of reception should not exceed 20 days. The maximum daily dose – 12 capsules. After elimination of a pain syndrome it is desirable to continue the Teraflex drug treatment of the capsule.
Side effects
Are possible:
– nausea, an abdominal pain, a meteorism, diarrhea or a constipation
– a headache, sleep disorders, dizziness
– allergic reactions
After drug withdrawal all manifestations disappear.
Contraindications
– the increased individual sensitivity to any of drug ingredients
– GIT erosive cankers in an aggravation phase
– diseases of an optic nerve
– hemopoiesis disturbance
– the significant disturbances of functions of a liver or kidneys
– chronic heart failure
– aspirinovy asthma
– phenylketonuria
– children’s age up to 18 years
– pregnancy and the period of a lactation
Medicinal interactions
Drug improves digestion of tetracyclines and reduces digestion of penicillin and chloramphenicol. Reduces effect of antihypertensive drugs (APF inhibitors, beta blockers, diuretics (furosemide, a hydrochlorothiazide), strengthens action of antiagregant, fibrinolitik and also coumarinic anticoagulants (for example, warfarin), at a concomitant use with these drugs indicators of a koagulogramma (MNO) can change and raise risk of bleedings.
Simultaneous use with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and glucocorticosteroids (NPVS, GKS) increases risk of development of side effect from digestive tract.

the Overdose for drug is not described. In case of overdose the gastric lavage, intake of activated carbon, hospitalization in toxicological department is recommended.
The form of release and packing
On 60 capsules place in bottles from polyethylene of high density with the screw-on cover. The neck of a bottle is sealed up a protective membrane from the combined material – aluminum foil / the paper laminated by polyethylene. The cover of a bottle is sealed up a protective film. On a bottle paste the label from self-adhesive paper.
The bottle together with the instruction for medical use in the state and Russian languages is placed in a cardboard box.
