Structure

active agent – sodium Sulfacetamidum natricum of 0.2 g, 0.3 g

excipients: Natrium thiosulfuricum, acid solution of chlorohydrogen 1 M, water for injections

Pharmacokinetics At properties topical administration of Cmax of streptocides in a cornea (near

3mg/ml), moisture of an anterior chamber (about 0.5 mg/ml) and an iris (about 0.1 mg/ml) is reached in the first 30 minutes after applique. A number (less than 0.5 mg/ml) remains in eyeball tissues within 3-4 hours. At injury of an epithelium of a cornea the penetration of streptocides amplifies.

Pharmacodynamics

of Albutsid-DF-sulfanamide antibacterial drug of a broad spectrum of activity. Has bacteriostatic effect, it is active concerning gram-positive and gram-negative cocci, Escherichia coli, Shigella spp, Vibrio cholera, Clostridium perfringens, Bacillus anthracis, Corynebacterium diphtheriae, Yersinia pestis, Chlamydia spp, Actinomyces israelii, Toxoplasma gondii. The mechanism of effect of drug is caused by competitive antagonism with paraaminobenzoic acid (PABK) and competitive oppression of a digidropteroatsintetaza that leads to disturbance of synthesis of the tetrahydrofolic acid necessary for synthesis of the purine and pirimidinovy bases. Thereof synthesis of nucleic acids (DNA and RNA) of bacterial cells is broken and their reproduction is slowed down.

Indications

– prevention and treatment of gonorrheal diseases of eyes at newborns and adults

– prevention of a blennorea of newborns

– prevention of purulent complications after injuries and operations in the eyes

the Route of administration and doses

For treatment and prevention of infectious diseases of eyes:

– the adult in eyes dig in Albutsid-DF of 30% solution on 1-2 drops 2 – 3 times a day, after disappearance of acute pyoinflammatory process dig in 1-2 drops 3 times a day

– to children of 1 year apply Albutsid-DF of 20% solution on 1-2 drops of 4-5 times a day, after disappearance of acute pyoinflammatory process dig in on 1-2 drops 3 times a day

the Course of treatment of 5-7 days.

For prevention of a blennorea at newborns in each eye directly after the birth dig in on 2 drops 20% of solution of drug, and then on 2 drops in 2 hours.

cannot apply Medicinal interactions of Albutsid-DF to sodium with novocaine, Dicainum, anaesthesin because of decrease in bacteriostatic effect.

Dipheninum, PASK, salicylates enhance toxicity of Albutsid-DF, at use with anticoagulants of indirect action the specific activity of the last increases. Albutsid-DF at topical administration it is incompatible with silver salts.

Special instructions

It is necessary to watch that when burying the tip of a bottle dropper did not contact to other objects or surfaces. After burying it is dense to close a bottle dropper a cap!

In case of irritation of fabrics appoint solutions of smaller concentration.

Patients with hypersensitivity to furosemide, tiazidovy diuretics (Hydrochlorthiazidum), sulphonylurea derivatives (glibenclamide), karboangidraza inhibitors (Diacarbum) can have hypersensitivity to Albutsid-DF.

Pregnancy and the period of a lactation

Use of drug at pregnancy and in the period of a lactation perhaps only in case the expected advantage for mother exceeds risk for a fruit and the baby.

A form of release and packing

On 5 ml, 10 ml or 15 ml of drug in the plastic bottles droppers corked by caps with control of the first opening. On one bottle together with the instruction for medical use in the state and Russian languages place in a pack cardboard.
