Structure
of 1 g of ointment contains
active agent – a fluotsinolon acetonide of 0.25 mg,
excipients: propylene glycol, ceresin, lanolin, vaseline.

Pharmacotherapeutic group
Glucocorticosteroids for topical treatment of diseases of skin. Active glucocorticosteroids. Fluotsinolona acetonide.

Pharmacokinetics Later properties of absorption from the surface of skin, a fluotsinolon acetonide contacts proteins of blood plasma, is metabolized in a liver with formation of inactive metabolites. It is removed mainly by kidneys.
A pharmacodynamics
the Glucocorticosteroid for external use. Possesses anti-inflammatory, antiallergic, anti-exudative and

antipruritic action. Reduces manifestations and eliminates inflammatory skin reaction.

Indications
– eczema, atopic dermatitis, simple chronic deprive (limited neurodermatitis), a toxidermia, simple allergic dermatitis, seborrheal dermatitis, a skin itching, urticaria, a prurigo, an intertrigo, a multiformny exudative erythema, psoriasis (exudative form)
– red flat deprive
– a diskoidny lupus erythematosus
– a dyshydrosis of brushes
– eczematic external otitis
– burns of the I degree
– stings of insects

the Route of administration and doses
Outwardly. On affected areas of skin, previously processed 40-70% alcohol solution, 2-4 times a day cause a small amount of drug, slightly rubbing in skin. At the limited centers of defeat, for strengthening of effect, it is possible to apply an occlusive bandage, leaving it on the struck surface up to 3-4 days. It is not allowed to apply under a bandage more than 2 g of ointment a day.
Duration of treatment depends on the nature of a disease and is usually 5-10 days, at a long course of the disease – up to 25 days.
It is more preferable to use ointment at dry forms of a dermatosis.

Side effects
– burning, a skin itching, xeroderma, steroid eels, a folliculitis
– a hypertrichosis, striya, an alopecia (especially at women), secondary immunodeficience (exacerbation of chronic infectious diseases, generalization of infectious process, development of opportunistic infections), a skin atrophy, a local hirsutism, telangiectasias, a purpura, pigmentation disturbance (at prolonged use)
– when drawing on extensive surfaces are possible system manifestations: gastritis, steroid stomach ulcer, adrenal insufficiency, an Icenco-Cushing syndrome, steroid diabetes, delay of reparative processes

of the Contraindication
– hypersensitivity to drug components
– bacterial, viral, fungus skin diseases – a pyoderma, chicken pox, herpes, actinomycosis, a zymonematosis, a sporotrichosis
– manifestations of syphilis, a tuberculosis cutis, diaper rash, pink eels, extensive psoriasis rashes (plaques), an anogenitalny itching
– the trophic ulcers of a shin connected with a varicosity, erosive cankers of digestive tract, a wound on sites of appliques
– a carcinoma cutaneum, a nevus, an atheroma, a melanoma, a hemangioma, a xanthoma, sarcoma
– pregnancy and the period of a lactation
– children’s age up to 2 years

Medicinal interactions
Is compatible to antimicrobial medicines. Reduces activity of hypotensive, diuretic, antiarrhytmic medicines, potassium drugs.
Diuretic medicines (except kaliysberegayushchy) increase risk of development of a hypopotassemia.

Special instructions
With care apply at girls during puberty.
Apply only short courses on small sites of skin. Drug should not be put on a face.
To avoid hit of drug in eyes.
Appointment duration at children should not exceed 5 days.
During treatment it is recommended to wear free clothes. At patients with ordinary or pink eels against the background of treatment the exacerbation of a disease is possible. For prevention of local infectious complications, it is recommended to appoint Synaflanum in combination with antimicrobic means.
The feature of influence of medicine on ability to run the vehicle or potentially dangerous mechanisms
does not influence ability to run the vehicle or potentially dangerous mechanisms.

Overdose
Symptoms: an itching, burning of skin on the site of application of drug, a hyperglycemia, a glucosuria, an Icenco-Cushing syndrome.
Treatment: symptomatic, against the background of gradual drug withdrawal.

A form of release and packing
On 10 g or 15 g in tubas aluminum or polyethylene laminatny.
Each tuba together with the instruction for medical use in the state and Russian languages is placed in a pack from cardboard.

To Store storage conditions at a temperature not above 20 °C.
To store out of children’s reach!

Not to apply a period of storage of 5 years after an expiration date.
