menthol of 0.5 g,
excipient - vaseline up to 100 g
the Description
Ointment of white or light yellow color with a menthol smell.

Pharmacological properties
Boric acid antiseptic. Has weak bacteriostatic and fungistatic properties.
Menthol at rubbing in in skin causes the irritation of nerve terminations which is followed by feeling of cold, easy burning and pricking. Has the easy local anesthetizing effect. Has also weak antiseptic properties.
Boromentholum appoint outwardly as soothing (distracting), anti-inflammatory drug.
Indications
- an itching of skin
- neuralgia
- rhinitises
the Route of administration and doses
Outwardly. Ointment is applied a thin layer on affected areas of skin, grease a mucous membrane of a nose.
Side effects
- the irritation of skin (is possible at prolonged use)
Contraindications
- hypersensitivity to drug components
- renal failures
- pregnancy and the period of a lactation
- children's age up to 6 years

Special instructions.
It is not recommended to apply drug on extensive sites of skin. Not to apply in acute inflammatory skin diseases.
Pregnancy and the period of a lactation
At pregnancy and in the period of a lactation is applied taking into account a ratio advantage/risk.
Features of influence of medicine on ability to run motor transport or other moving mechanisms
the Overdose
Symptoms – nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, rash, a headache, confusion of consciousness, a spasm does not influence.
Treatment is symptomatic.

Ointment in banks and tubas on 25 g
to Store Storage conditions in the place protected from light, at a temperature from +12 to +15C.
