alcohol 2.4-dichlorbenzylic …….1.20 mg
amylmetacresol …………………… … 0.60 mg,
excipients: sugar, glucose liquid, anhydrous citric acid, menthol, dye caramel (E150s), fragrance honey, oil lemon, the water purified.
The description
Round biconvex pastils of pale yellow color with a lemon smell, is allowed existence of insignificant vials of air in caramel weight, heterogeneity of coloring and roughness of edges.

A pharmacodynamics
the Combined antiseptic drug for topical administration in a mouth and throat. Active components of drug cause local antiseptic effect. Drug eliminates symptoms of irritation of mucous membranes of upper airways, has dekongestivny effect on a mucous membrane, reduces congestion of a nose, alleviates irritation and a sore throat.
The mechanism of action is connected with coagulation of proteins of microbic cells and also with interaction with lipids of cellular membranes that defines efficiency against activators. It is active concerning a wide range of gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms and also possesses anti-mycotic action.
Indications
as a part of complex therapy:
- infectious and inflammatory diseases of a mouth and throat.
Route of administration and doses
Adult: on 1 pastil each 2 hours. Maximum daily dose of 8 pastils.
To children 12 years on 1 pastil are more senior each 4 hours.
The course of treatment should not exceed 7 days.
Pastils rassasyvat before full dissolution.
Side effects
Seldom: allergic reactions.
