Structure
One suppository
sea-buckthorn oil (with the maintenance of the sum of carotinoids not less than 240 mg of % in terms of β-carotene) - 500 mg,
excipients contains active agent: basis for suppositories: suppotsir (glycerides polusinteticheskiye-enough for receiving a suppository weighing 2000 mg.

The description
Suppositories of a tsilindrokonichesky form, from light yellow till dark orange color, with an opaque and/or glossy surface. On a cut the existence of an air and porous core and funneled deepening is allowed.

Pharmacological properties
Sea-buckthorn oil stimulates reparative processes in mucous membranes, accelerates healing of the damaged fabrics. Has antioxidant and cytoprotective effect. Reduces intensity of free radical processes and protects from damage cellular and subcellular membranes (thanks to presence of fat-soluble bioantioxidants).

Indications
- hemorrhoids, anal fissures, rectum ulcers
- nonspecific proctites and a proctosigmoiditis
- states after anus surgeries, thick and direct guts
- states after radiation therapy of tumors of bodies of a basin (inflammation, narrowing, pryamokishechno-, vaginal, - vesical fistulas)

exempt Suppositories from planimetric packing and enter deeply into an anus after bowel emptying. Children are later 6 years old and the adult appoint usually on 1 candle 1-2 times a day within 10-15 days. In hard cases the course of treatment can be continued. If necessary in 4-6 weeks the course of treatment is repeated
