Before use of a suppository is necessary:
- through perforation of blister strip packaging to tear off one suppository in primary packing,
- further it is necessary to pull for edges of a film, breaking off it in different directions and to exempt a suppository from primary packing. To enter a suppository deeply into an anus. To apply on 1 suppository 1-2 times a day (in the morning and in the evening) after bowel emptying and hygienic procedures within 5-10 days. Duration of treatment is determined by the doctor according to the character and disease severity reached by therapeutic effect, the nature of therapy (monotherapy or complex treatment).
Side effects
