Pharmacological action: Antiviral means derivative of tetralin. Blocking places of binding of an influenza virus (mainly A2 type) with a surface of a cellular membrane, protects cells from penetration of a virus into them.
Indications: Virus damages of eyes, a dermatosis, shingles, warts, a contagious mollusk, herpetiform dermatitis of Dyuringa, scaly deprive. Flu (prevention).
Contraindications: Hypersensitivity.
Dosing mode: Outwardly, apply on affected areas of skin 2-3 times a day. At viral diseases of eyes - 0.25% ointment is put for the night for an eyelid. For treatment of rhinitis - 0.25% or 0.5% ointment greases a mucous membrane of the nasal courses 2-3 times a day. For prevention of flu - 0.25% twice a day grease with ointment a mucous membrane of a nose during rise and the maximum outbreak of flu (usually within 25 days), or at contact with sick flu. In the simple and surrounding herpes and a contagious mollusk apply 1% or 2% to the affected skin ointment 2-3 times a day, to an absolute recovery. For removal of warts - 2% or 3% ointment 2-3 times a day, of 2 weeks up to 2 months.
Side effects: The fast-taking place burning, a rhinorrhea.
