the Route of administration and doses
apply Nystatin To treatment of candidiasis of internals inside irrespective of meal.
The adult appoint 111 mg (500,000 PIECES) 34 times or on 55.5 mg (250,000 PIECES) of 68 times a day. In generalized candidiasis the daily dose can be increased up to 6,000,000 PIECES.
Duration of a course of treatment is 10 14 days. If necessary in a week the course can be repeated.
Side effects
- nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, an abdominal pain
- a fever, a hyperthermia
- a skin itching, allergic reactions
In these cases reduce a dose or cancel drug.
Contraindications
- hypersensitivity
- an abnormal liver function, pancreatitis
- a peptic ulcer of a stomach and duodenum
- pregnancy
- children's age up to 18 years
Medicinal interactions
At simultaneous use of Nystatin with Clotrimazolum the activity of the last decreases.
Special instructions
In fungus diseases of a vagina the simultaneous treatment of the sexual partner is recommended.
Use at pregnancy and in the period of a lactation
At pregnancy drug is contraindicated. In the period of a lactation apply only if the expected advantage for mother exceeds potential risk for the child.
Features of influence of medicine on ability to run the vehicle or potentially dangerous mechanisms
Use of drug does not affect ability of control of vehicles and occupations other potentially dangerous types of activity demanding the increased concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions.
A form of release and packing
On 10 tablets in blister strip packaging from a film of the polyvinylchloride and printing aluminum foil varnished or papers with a polyethylene covering.
On the 2nd blister strip packagings together with the instruction for medical use in the state and Russian languages place in a pack from cardboard.
To Store storage conditions in the dry, protected from light place at a temperature not higher than 25 wasps.
To store out of children's reach!
