Side effects
- irritation of skin, an erythema, skin rash, peeling, an itching on the site of application of gel, tranzitorny discoloration of skin.
The contraindication
- the known hypersensitivity to Nimesulide or any
auxiliary components of drug
- allergic reactions (bronchospasm, rhinitis, a small tortoiseshell) to
acetylsalicylic acid or other
non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (in the anamnesis)
- use of gel on open wounds or in the presence of a local infection
- simultaneous use with other creams
- children's and teenage age up to 18 years (safety and efficiency
of drug is not studied)

The special
instructions NimidTM gel should not be applied on open wounds and cuts of skin.
It is necessary to avoid hit of drug in eyes, on mucous membranes. In case of accidental contact, it is necessary to wash with water immediately.
Not to use drug inside.
After drawing it is necessary to wash up hands.
After imposing it is not necessary to apply an occlusive bandage.
The risk of side reactions can be reduced by drawing the minimum dose during the short span.
It is necessary to appoint drug with care the patient with a severe form of a liver and renal failure, disturbance of fibrillation and heart failure.
