• For spray:

1. Lie down or tilt your head back.
2. Gently insert the dropper into the nostril and apply the correct dosage.
3. Massage the outside of the nostrils for a few minutes to distribute the liquid evenly.

When using the spray:

1. Remove the protective cap from the bottle.
2. Before the first use, press the spray pump to release a test spray.
3. Insert the tip of the spray nozzle into one nostril and press the pump as needed.
4. Repeat for the other nostril and close the bottle after use.
