Structure
One tablet contains
active agent: Mucaltinum of 50.0 mg,
excipients: Natrii hydrocarbonas, tartaric acid, povidone (polyvinylpirrolidone), silicon dioxide colloidal anhydrous (aerosil), calcium stearate.

The description
of the Tablet from light gray till brownish-gray color with white impregnations, a ploskotsilindrichesky form, with a facet.

Drugs for elimination of symptoms of cold and cough. Expectorant drugs.

Pharmacological
Mukaltin® properties represents mix of polysaccharides from a grass of a mallow medicinal, has expectorant properties. Thanks to reflex stimulation enhances activity of a ciliary epithelium and a vermicular movement of respiratory bronchioles in combination with strengthening of secretion of bronchial glands. Natrii hydrocarbonas dilutes a phlegm and increases bronchial secretion a little.

Indications
the Acute and chronic respiratory diseases which are followed
by formation of the hardly separated phlegm of the increased viscosity:
- obstructive bronchitis
- a tracheobronchitis
- a pneumoconiosis
- a bronchoectatic disease
- pneumonia
- emphysema of lungs


to Adults and children from 6 years to accept the Route of administration and doses on 1-2 tablets before meal 3-4 times a day.
The course of treatment usually makes 7-14 days.
Children can dissolve a drug tablet in 1/3 glasses of warm water.

Side effects
- allergic reaction in the form of skin rash, an itching
- dyspepsia,

Contraindication nausea
- hypersensitivity to drug components
- a peptic ulcer of a stomach and duodenum

Medicinal interactions
of Mukaltin® it is possible to appoint children's age up to 6 years along with other drugs used at treatment of bronchopulmonary diseases.
Мукалтин® it is not necessary to apply along with the drugs containing codeine and other antibechic medicines as it complicates expectoration of the diluted phlegm.

instructions Pregnancy and the period of a lactation



Use during pregnancy and a lactation is possible only when the expected advantage for mother exceeds potential risk for a fruit or the child.
The feature of influence of drug on ability to run motor transport or potentially dangerous mechanisms
does not influence.

Overdose
Symptoms: nausea, vomiting.
Treatment: drug withdrawal, symptomatic therapy.

A form of release and packing
On 10 tablets in planimetric bezjyacheykovy packing from paper with a polymeric covering or from paper with a polyethylene covering.
Planimetric packings place in boxes of cardboard.
On number of packs put the approved instructions for medical use in each box in the state and Russian languages.


To Store storage conditions in the dry, protected from light place at a temperature not above 30 °C.
To store out of children's reach!
