The pharmacodynamics
the Combined vegetable drug Tsiston interferes with glut of intestines litogenny substances, reduces absorption from intestines of oksamid (the substances accelerating a lithogenesis) and restores crystalloid and colloidal balance. Tsiston suppresses formation of stones, crystals, reducing the content of kamneobrazuyushchy substances: oxalic acid, calcium of hydroxyproline and others, also promotes their destruction and removal in the crushed look. Tsiston causes splitting of concrements and crystals, influencing mucin which connects particles.
Having antimicrobial property, drug has salutary effect at treatment of infections of urinary tract.
Dvuplodnik pediculate contains in leaves of this plant chalcones, hinokhalkona and flavones which are used at stones in kidneys and a bladder, have litotriptichesky effect. The essential oils received from a plant have antimicrobic activity.
The saxifrage lingular possesses the knitting, tonic and spasmolytic action and is applied at a dysuria and other disturbances of urinary tract. Thanks to its spasmolytic and anti-inflammatory action, renal gripes are facilitated, burning and urodynias decrease.
A madder serdtselistny - its roots are rich with anthraquinones and their glycosides,
from which the most important are purpurine and mundzhistin, applied at urogenital disturbances. Extract from roots renders antimicrobial activity in the relation (Escheria coli, Bacillus subtilis,
Klebsiella pneumonia, Proteus vulgaris, Psuedomonas aeruginosa).

Veroniya ashy is applied to weakening of a spasm of a bladder
at the complicated urination. The whole plant contains a beta amirin triterpen, acetate of a lyupeol, a beta amirin and potassium chloride which are applied at a dysuria, a spasm of a bladder and the complicated urination.

Adults:
On 2 tablets 3 times a day after a meal of 7 days before elimination of inflammatory process.
Children:
From 6 to 11 years on 1 tab. 3 times a day after a meal, 12-15 years on the 2nd tab. 2-3 times a day after a meal of 7 days to elimination of inflammatory process.
In cystitis at pregnant women
On 2 tablets 3 times a day, after a meal.
In an urolithiasis, a crystalluria
Adult:
On 2 tablets 2-3 times a day within 3-4 months, then on 1 tablet 2 times a day, to an exit of stones.
Children:
Since 6 - 11 years on 1 tab. 3 times a day, then on 1 tab. in day a course of treatment 4 months.
Since 11 - 15 years on the 2nd tab. 3 times a day to an exit of stones.
In gout
On the 2nd tab. 3 times a day from 1 to 2 months.
For prevention of repeated formation of renal concrements, after surgical intervention and removing calculus, a remote lithotripsy:
On 1 tablet 3 times a day within 4-5 months.
