Structure
One tablet contains
active agent bisacodyl of 5 mg,
excipients: sucrose, lactoses monohydrate, potato starch, talc, calcium stearate, methyl cellulose, polysorbate 80.
Structure of a cover: methacrylic acid copolymer (Eudrazhit of L 30 D-55), talc, titan dioxide (E 171), triethyl citrate, dye yellow sunset (E 110).

Pharmacokinetics At properties intake of bisacodyl aperient action comes in the afternoon approximately in 6 h, and at reception before going to bed in 8‑12 h. Absorption of bisacodyl from a gastrointestinal path is minimum. The resorptive component can carry out only a supporting role in specific effect of bisacodyl. Bisacodyl partially with urine in the form of a glucuronide is excreted, but generally it is allocated from an organism with stool.
Pharmacodynamics
Bisacodyl depletive. Causes irritation of the receptor device of a gut, has direct impact on a mucous membrane of intestines, strengthening its vermicular movement and increasing secretion of slime in a large intestine.
Indications
- constipations of various etiology
the Route of administration and doses
of the Tablet need to be swallowed entirely, without chewing.
In the constipations caused by hypotonia of a large intestine for regulation of a chair in hemorrhoids, a proctitis, anal cracks by the adult drug is used on 1-3 tablets on reception. At insufficient aperient effect drug take in addition the next morning 1-2 pill.
Duration of treatment is no more than 5 days.
By preparation for surgeries, tool and X-ray inspections appoint 2 tablets to night one day before the research and on 2 tablets for the night on the eve of operation or a research.
Side effects
- allergic reactions
- spastic abdominal pain, diarrhea which can lead to organism dehydration, disturbance of electrolytic balance
- weakness, lacks of coordination and hypotension are more often at elderly patients
- muscle weakness
- spasms
- a lowering of arterial pressure
Than a contraindication
- hypersensitivity to drug
- intestinal impassability
- the restrained hernia
- a syndrome of an acute abdomen
- peritonitis
- bleeding from digestive tract
- cystitis
- uterine bleedings
- a spastic constipation
- an acute proctitis
- acute hemorrhoids
- children's age up to 18 years
Medicinal interactions
Use of bisacodyl along with antacids, blockers N2gistaminovykh of receptors (Cimetidinum, ranitidine, famotidine), alkaline mineral waters or milk promotes fast destruction of a cover of a tablet and release of active agent which causes irritation of a stomach and duodenum. It is necessary to observe 1-2 hour interval between intake of bisacodyl and the use of alkaline products.
Special instructions
With care apply bisacodyl at patients with diseases of a liver and/or kidneys and also at patients with suspicion on presence of inflammatory bowel diseases.
1 tablet of bisacodyl contains 19.3 mg of sucrose and 81 mg of lactose.
Not to apply for a long time
Pregnancy and a lactation
With care apply bisacodyl at pregnant women and the feeding women.
Features of influence of medicine on ability to run the vehicle or potentially dangerous mechanisms
are not studied
Overdose
Symptoms: diarrhea, dehydration, disturbance of electrolytic balance, hypopotassemia. Development of an atony of a large intestine is possible.
Treatment: symptomatic.
A form of release and packing
On 10 tablets in blister strip packaging from a film of polyvinylchloride and aluminum foil. On the 4th blister strip packagings together with the instruction for use in the state and Russian languages place in a pack from cardboard.
To Store storage conditions at
a temperature not higher than 25 S. Hranit out of children's reach!
Not to apply a period of storage of 5 years after an expiration date!
