Pharmacological deystviyeobladat M-cholinolytic activity. Blocks M-holinoreaktivnye the systems of an organism. Administration of atropine in an organism is followed by reduction of secretion salivary, gastric, bronchial, sweat glands (the last receive a sympathetic cholinergic innervation), a pancreas, increase of warm reductions (owing to reduction of the braking action by heart of vagus nerve), lowering of a tone of smooth bodies (bronchial tubes, abdominal organs, etc.). Effect of atropine is more significant at the raised tone of vagus nerve.
The route of administration is also dozyprinimat inside, selecting a dose individually (usually before emergence of light dryness in a mouth). Depending on sensitivity to atropine the dose can make 6-8-10-12-15 drops of 0.1% of solution for reception 2-3 times a day. Appoint in 30-40 min. prior to food or in an hour after a meal. In cases of exacerbation of a disease enter at first atropine in the form of subcutaneous injections. Under skin enter 0.00025-0.0005-0.001 g (0.25-0.5-1 ml of 0.1% of solution).
