Pharmacokinetics At properties resorption in an oral cavity active ingredients come to a system blood stream. Ascorbic acid is widely distributed in body tissues. Concentration of ascorbic acid in blood plasma normal makes about 10-20 mkg/ml. Linking with proteins of the plaza makes about 25%. Ascorbic acid reversibly is oxidized with formation of dehydroascorbic acid, a part is metabolized with formation of ascorbate-2-sulfate which is inactive, and oxalic acid which is removed with urine.
The pharmacodynamics
Propolis contains flavonoids, flavones, flavonols, derivatives of cinnamon acid at the expense of which drug possesses antibacterial and anti-inflammatory action.
Ascorbic acid. Participates in regulation oxidizing restore
Telny processes, carbohydrate metabolism, blood clotting, increases
resistance of an organism to infections. Participates in metabolism of phenylalanine, tyrosine, folic acid, utilization of carbohydrates, synthesis of lipids, proteins, a carnitine, immune responses, serotonin hydroxylation. Has antiagregantny and antioxidant properties. Regulates transport of ions of hydrogen in many biochemical reactions, normalizes permeability of capillaries.
Indications
- acute and persistent infections of upper airways (ORZ,
bronchitis, a tonsillitis, ulites, stomatitises)
- inflammatory diseases of an oral cavity and throat
- an ulcer and a wound in an oral cavity
- unpleasant feelings in a mouth and a throat (dryness and irritation)
- an unpleasant smell from a mouth
the Route of administration and doses
hold the Tablet in a mouth before full resorption. To children since 6 years on 1 tablet 3-4 times a day. To children 12 years are more senior and the adult the dose doubles.
Course of treatment of 5-7 days.

To Store storage conditions in the dry, protected from light place, at a temperature from 15 to 25 wasps.
