Uniform ointment from white till beige color with a characteristic smell of phenol.
A uniform suppository from white till light-beige color with a characteristic smell of phenol.

Pharmacological properties
Active Posterizana ingredient – suspension of culture of the inactivated colibacillus bacteria (special design bureau of E.coli)
Pharmacokinetics
After rectal use of special design bureau of E.coli is quickly absorbed in a mucous membrane of a gut. The research of extent of absorption, level of special design bureau E.coli and its removal from an organism at topical administration of drug cannot be conducted. However penetration of immunogene ingredients of special design bureau of E.coli was established by immunohistologic researches on a mucous membrane of a rectum of laboratory animals.
The pharmacodynamics
When drawing on skin and a mucous membrane of special design bureau of E.coli stimulates specific and nonspecific immune mechanisms.
Stimulates the T-system of immunity, increases phagocytal activity of leukocytes and cells of a reticuloendothelial system, number of humoral factors of nonspecific immunity. Increases antibody formation in the place of influence and local resistance of fabrics to influence of pathogenic microflora at the expense of the content of the concentrated polysaccharides of cellular covers and metabolites of colibacilli of various strains, including resistant to antibiotics and other antibacterial agents. Reduces exudation, normalizes permeability and a tone of blood vessels, stimulates regeneration of the damaged fabrics.
Indications
– an anal itching, discharges and burning in anal area owing to
hemorrhoids (mainly suppositories)
– anal cracks, eczema (mainly ointment)
the Route of administration and doses
apply Ointment a thin layer on an affected area of skin and mucous membrane in the morning and in the evening and also after each defecation. For deeper administration of ointment in a rectum it is possible to use the screw-on applicator attached to a set.
Suppositories apply in the morning and in the evening and also after each defecation.
Perhaps combined use of ointment and suppositories.
After stopping of symptoms of a disease the treatment is continued within 2-3 weeks for stabilization of effect and prevention of a recurrence.

Efficiency and safety of Posterizan® for children are unambiguously not defined. Components of the standardized suspension of culture of bacteria (special design bureau of E.coli) do not provide potential danger to children.
Pregnancy and a lactation

Features of influence of medicine on ability to run the vehicle and potentially dangerous mechanisms

At accidental oral administration (children) there can be an abdominal pain, nausea.

On 25 g of ointment in aluminum tubes with internal varnish coating with a carving cap from white polyethylene.
On one tube together with the applicator from white polyethylene supplied with side openings and the instruction for medical use in the state and Russian languages place in a box of cardboard.
On 5 suppositories in blister strip packaging from aluminum foil.
On 2 planimetric packs together with the instruction for medical use in the state and Russian languages place in a box of cardboard.
