active agent: Icelandic moss extract water ((0.4 – 0.8): 1) 80.00 mg, excipients: arabic gum of 85%, sucrose from extract, sucrose, caramel E 150s (sugar dye III), liquid paraffin, water purified.

Flat, unevenly roundish, lenticular, brownish rezinoobrazny pastils, 4.7 mm high - 0.7 mm / +1.3 mm, with a diameter of 16.0 mm ± 0.5 mm. May contain vials of air

Isla-Moos of a pastil contains In drug herb extract the Icelandic moss which at the time of ancient civilizations was well known the favorable therapeutic action in inflammatory respiratory diseases.
The medical effect of drug Isla-Moos of a pastil in catarrhal respiratory diseases is based first of all on antimicrobic activity and immunopromoting effect of the plant extract which is contained in it that is proved by results of scientific research. The polysaccharides which are contained in drug envelop mucous membranes of pneumatic ways and effectively protect them from action of harmful external factors and different irritants. As drug possesses also the enveloping action, it can be applied also in the preventive purposes, for example, at special sensitivity of airways or at increased load on them (including at sports activities).
When there is a danger of cold, preventive use of drug Isla-Moos of a pastil, capable to protect mucous membranes, can reduce susceptibility of airways to various infections.
Indications
- irritation in a throat, hoarseness
- increased load on phonatory bands at singers, lecturers
- dryness of air during the heating period
- at limited nasal breath
the Route of administration and doses
Adults and children are more senior than 12 years: to accept on 1 pastil each hour (up to 12 pastils a day), allowing them to be dissolved slowly in a mouth.
Children from 4 to 12 years: to accept on 1 pastil each 2 hours (up to 6 pastils a day), allowing them to be dissolved slowly in a mouth.
A course of treatment – 10 days. If in 10 days of use of drug of improvement of a state did not follow, it is necessary to consult with the doctor.
In view of good tolerance of tolerance of medicine Isla-Moos pastils can be applied without any fears for a long time. Besides, even after elimination of symptoms of a disease Isla-Moos it is necessary to accept 2-3 more days for achievement of lasting therapeutic effect.
With the preventive purpose for protection of airways at increased load on them (feeling of irritation in a throat or increased load, for example the speech, sport) Isla-Moos to take the drug on 1 pastil several times in day, allowing them to be dissolved slowly in a mouth, without exceeding at the same time the maximum daily dose.

The plant extract from the Icelandic moss which is contained in drug Isla-Moos of a pastil can sometimes change color and taste of drug that does not influence therapeutic action.
