contains Structure of 1 g of drug:
active agent - xylomethazolinum a hydrochloride of 1 mg,
excipients: a benzalkoniya chloride (0.15 mg/g), eucalyptus oil, dinatrium edetat (disodium salt of ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid), propylene glycol, a macrogoal of 1500 (polyethylene oxide 1500), povidone (15), a hydroksipropilmetiltsellyuloza (5), polysorbate 20 (twin-20), dinatrium phosphate dodecahydrate, potassium dihydrophosphate, water for injections.

Drug at an exit from a bottle through the pump doser and an adapterastvoraspylitel is sprayed in the form of an aerosol stream which has a specific smell and represents the fluid particles dispersed in air

Pharmacokinetics Xylomethazolinum properties works mainly locally, is soaked up through mucous membranes at usual use in insignificant quantity. Action begins in a few minutes after use, lasts for several hours.
The pharmacodynamics
Akwa Evkazolin has a-adrenomimeticheskoye effect, narrows peripheral vessels. When drawing owing to vasoconstrictive effect reduces puffiness of a mucous membrane, hyperaemia, exudation by a mucous membrane, facilitates nasal breath. Thanks to presence of eucalyptus oil eliminates dryness of a mucous membrane and shows anti-inflammatory and antiseptic action.
Indications on use
- acute rhinitis also rinosinusit, a pollinosis
- in average otitis for reduction of hypostasis of a mucous membrane of a nasopharynx
- training of the patient for diagnostic and medical procedures in the nasal courses
the Route of administration and doses
For topical administration. To adults and children 6 years are more senior appoint in the form of 0.1% of solution on 2 injections 2–3 times a day in each nasal course. Drug is used within 5–7 days.
Side effects
Often:
- tolerance (reduction or total absence of effect)
- irritation mucous or unpleasant feeling of xeromycteria
- hypersecretion
- sneezing
Is rare:
- a rhinedema
- disturbance of sense of smell
- an atrophy mucous a nose
Very seldom:
- the headache, hypertensia, weakness
- a sleep disorder
- allergic reactions
- temporary disorders of vision
- tachycardia, disturbance of a warm rhythm

Contraindication vomiting
- closed-angle glaucoma
- atrophic rhinitis
- hypersensitivity to drug components
- arterial hypertension
- a hyperthyroidism
- tachycardia
- the profound atherosclerosis
- children up to 6 years
Medicinal interactions
do not appoint Drug along with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAO) and tricyclic antidepressants.
Special instructions
In chronic rhinitis do not appoint drug.
Before use remove a protective cap of the pump doser. Easy pressing of fingers make 2 trial injections (not in a nose), and then inject quantity of the doses registered by the doctor into a nose. After use always close the pump doser a protective cap.
Pregnancy and a lactation
When using in therapeutic doses drug works locally and has no system impact therefore use of drug in therapeutic doses at the feeding women is not contraindicated.
Features of influence of drug on ability to run motor transport and potentially dangerous mechanisms
At use in therapeutic doses drug works locally and has no system impact therefore use of drug in therapeutic doses at the persons working with mechanisms and drivers of motor transport not contraindicated.
Overdose
Symptoms: a headache, dryness in a nose, nausea, a depression, increase in arterial blood pressure, a short-term disorder of vision.
Treatment: it is necessary to stop use of drug and to apply drugs antagonists: sympatholytics and α-adrenoblockers (phentolamine, Tropaphenum), symptomatic therapy.
A form of release and packing
On 10 g in a bottle glass with the spray, the instruction for use enclosed in a pack.
To Store storage conditions in the place protected from light, at a temperature not above 25 °C.
To store out of children's reach!
