excipients: maltodextrin, silicon dioxide, a tsellaktoza 80, kopovidon, krospovidon, talc, magnesium stearate, the titan dioxide, gum arabik, methyl cellulose, calcium carbonate, povidone, glycerin of 85%, silica gel, FD & C blue No. 2 an aluminum pigment of NT (color index No. 73015), D & C yellow No. 10 an aluminum pigment of NT (color index No. 47005:1), eudragit E 12.5, montanglikolevy wax.

Pharmacological action
Pharmacokinetics
absorption Mechanisms for pharmacological active kofeoylkhinny acids, for example, of chlorogenic acid, caffeine acid (its metabolites) and a lyuteolin (flavonoid) are unknown. The maximum of concentration of caffeine acid in blood plasma is observed in 6 - 7 hours after intake of a tsinarix. 33% of chlorogenic acid and 100% of caffeine acid are soaked up after intake.
Chlorogenic acid is hydrolyzed in a stomach, and forms caffeine acid and quinic acid. Metabolites are allocated with urine. Caffeine acid is emitted mainly by means of glomerular filtration.
A pharmacodynamics
the Ingredients forming the basis of efficiency of extract from artichoke leaves are kofeoylkhinny acids (CQAs), flavonoids (for example, lyuteolin) and sesquiterpenic lactones. CQAs increase biliary secretion, thereby having positive impact on dyspepsia. The bile-expelling effect occurs in 30 minutes after artichoke extract intake. Protivogiperlipidemichesky action is provided lyuteoliny which causes considerable suppression of biosynthesis of cholesterol. In experimental works it was shown that CQAs show protective properties concerning liver cells due to prevention of oxidizing damage of cell membranes of a liver.

The route of administration and doses
Adults and teenagers are more senior than 12 years: 1-2 tablets three times a day before food. Duration of treatment is individual and is defined by the attending physician.

- cholelithiasis
