Pharmacokinetics At properties topical administration of Troksevazin® gel active component of drug is easily released from a water-soluble basis of gel and gets through skin in 30–60 minutes, and into hypodermic fatty tissue — in several hours, creating high concentration in the inflamed fabrics.
A pharmacodynamics
of Troksevazin® – a complex of bioflavonoids which contains not less than 95% of a trokserutin. It reduces permeability and fragility of capillaries, raises a tone of unstriated muscles of venous vessels, has antiedematous effect, eliminates inflammation of paravenous fabrics. Stabilizes walls of capillaries and has moderate antiagregantny effect. Improves a trophicity of fabrics, reduces the pain and other pathological manifestations connected with venous insufficiency. Is an antagonist of vazodilatiruyushchy effects of a histamine, bradykinin, acetylcholine. In this connection, Troksevazin® shows venomotor, kapillyaroprotektorny, antiexudative and haemo static effects. Working as antioxidant, suppresses peroxide oxidation of lipids.
Indications
- the pains and hypostases of the lower extremities caused by venous insufficiency
- a varicosity
- varicose ulcers
- superficial thrombophlebitis, a periphlebitis
- a diabetic mikroangiopatiya
- complex treatment of a hemorrhoidal disease
- side vascular effects of radiation therapy
- pains and hypostases of traumatic origin, a hematoma, dislocations, stretchings, bruises, muscular spasms.
The route of administration and doses
apply Gel in the morning and in the evening on affected areas of skin by means of the easy massing movements before its full absorption in skin. Gel can be used also for imposing of compresses. Gel should be applied to ensuring adequate therapeutic effect regularly before total disappearance of hypostases and other symptoms. Then treatment can be interrupted. At emergence of repeated symptoms the treatment should be resumed. The course of treatment is appointed by the doctor.
If during drug use the expressiveness of symptoms of a disease does not decrease, it is necessary to consult with the doctor.

Pregnancy and the period of a lactation
to Apply Troksevazin® during pregnancy (II and III trimesters) and in the period of a lactation perhaps if the expected advantage for mother exceeds potential risk for a fruit and the child.

The overdose
At external use of Troksevazina® the probability of overdose is absent.

On 40 g of drug in tubas aluminum or laminatny.
On 1 tuba together with the instruction for medical use in the state and Russian languages place in a pack from cardboard.
Storage conditions
In the place protected from light at a temperature not above 25 °C.
Not to freeze!
To store out of children's reach!
Not to apply a period of storage of 5 years after the expiration date specified on packing.
