Indications for use TRAUMEEL® S


The drug is used as part of complex therapy for:

  • Injuries such as sprains, dislocations, bruises, hematomas, hemarthrosis, fractures

  • Postoperative and post-traumatic edema, soft tissue swelling

  • Inflammatory and degenerative processes associated with inflammation of various organs and tissues, including the musculoskeletal system (tenosynovitis, styloiditis, epicondylitis, bursitis, scapulohumeral periarthritis)

  • Arthrosis of the hip, knee and small joints

Contraindications


  • Hypersensitivity to one of the active or excipients: common yarrow, chamomile, medicinal marigold, perennial daisy, echinacea, mountain arnica or other plants of the Compositae family


Homeopathic medicines containing Echinacea should not be used in:

  • Leukemia and leukemia-like diseases

  • Autoimmune diseases (connective tissue diseases, multiple sclerosis)

  • Chronic infectious diseases (tuberculosis, HIV infection)

Dosing regimen

Adults and children from 12 years old

Use intramuscularly, subcutaneously, intradermally (in case of scarring), intravenously, intraarticularly or around the articular 1-2 ampoules 1-3 times a week. In acute cases - daily. When improvement occurs, it is necessary to reduce the frequency of application.
Duration of treatment

With dislocations and sprains - 2 weeks or more, with inflammatory diseases - at least 3-4 weeks. The duration of treatment for more than one week should be discussed with the attending physician.

Instructions for opening the ampoule:
Handle with care. Strictly follow the instructions for opening the ampoule. There is no need to cut the glass ampoule. Hold the ampoule head up at an angle, and shake the ampoule well so that all the medicine flows down the ampoule. Then break off the ampoule head by applying pressure on the colored dot away from you. Throw away the unused remaining drug in the ampoule.

- skin rash and itching, as well as in rare cases swelling of the face, shortness of breath, dizziness and a drop in blood pressure, are observed during treatment with preparations containing echinacea extract

- increased salivation (cancel taking the drug and consult a doctor)

- redness and swelling at the injection site
