excipients: anhydrous citric acid, tartaric acid, Natrii hydrocarbonas, sodium a carbonate anhydrous, Natrium benzoicum (E211), fragrance lemon, the sugar refined K 30 polyvinylpirrolidone, ferrous oxide yellow (E 172).

About 85% of orally applied dose of paracetamol are allocated with urine in a free and connected look within 24 hours. The pharmacodynamics

Paracetamol anesthetic and febrifuge. It renders analgesic effect by increase in a pain threshold and febrifugal effect by impact on the center of thermal control in a hypothalamus.
Chlorpheniramine the maleate is an antagonist histamine H1 receptors and, thus, removes the following symptoms: rhinorrhea, obstruction of the nasal channel, reddening and/or hypersensitivity of eyes.
Phenylephrinum is postsynaptic agonist - adrenoceptors with low cardioselectivity to - to adrenoceptors and the insignificant stimulating influence on central nervous system. Promoting release from presynaptic nerves of noradrenaline and having the direct stimulating impact on - adrenoceptors of blood vessels, Phenylephrinum the hydrochloride has vasoconstrictive effect. Is antiedematous and it is used for elimination of a rhinedema and its adnexal bosoms.
Indications
- for symptomatic treatment a SARS, flu and other upper respiratory tract infections
the Route of administration and doses
to Adults and children are more senior than 12 years each 6 h, but no more than 4 bags in day appoint on 1 bag. Before reception the contents of 1 bag are dissolved in a glass of hot water.
Duration of treatment is no more than 3 days. In the absence of the significant therapeutic effect, high temperature which keeps against the background of more than 3 days and also at emergence of new symptoms should see a doctor urgently.

Medicinal interaction
Combined use TAYLOLFEN of JOTAS with:
- anticoagulants at prolonged use and high doses leads to strengthening of their effect
- dipheninum can slow down metabolism of dipheninum in a liver that leads to increase in concentration of dipheninum in blood plasma
- alcohol, barbiturates, somnolent, opioid analgetics, anxiolytic and antipsychotic means strengthens the calming action on the central nervous system
- antikongestant, the tricyclic antidepressants, means reducing appetite, psychostimulants of type of amphetamine and MAO inhibitors, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs increase in arterial blood pressure
- with metildopy, - and - adrenoblockers is possible, guanitidiny decrease in their efficiency
- the means stimulating activity of microsomal enzymes of a liver, such as barbiturates is possible, tricyclic antidepressants and alcohol can strengthen hepatotoxic action of drug.
Special instructions
Before use TAYLOLFEN of JOTAS patients have to be informed on what after use of MAO inhibitors has to pass not less than 2 weeks.
With care to apply at patients with a renal failure (КК>, 30 ml/min.) and/or a moderate liver failure, to patients of advanced age, with dysfunction of heart, lungs both with anemia and under control of the doctor.
During treatment it is necessary to refrain from alcohol intake.
The feature of influence of medicine on ability to run the vehicle or potentially dangerous mechanisms
needs to be careful when driving the car and at control of other potentially dangerous mechanisms.
Overdose
Symptoms: nausea, vomiting, the increased perspiration, an indisposition, cardiovascular insufficiency together with respiratory depression, hemodynamic changes.
Treatment: gastric lavage with the subsequent symptomatic and maintenance therapy. Specific antidote in poisoning with paracetamol is Acetylcysteinum.

On 20 g of drug place in the three-layer pressed packages from polyester, aluminum foil and a film polyethylene.
On 6 or 12 packages together with the instruction for medical use in the state and Russian languages place in a pack cardboard with the hologram of manufacturing firm.
