Thermopsis Grass properties possesses expectorant action, rendering moderate irritant action on receptors of a mucous membrane of a stomach, reflex increases secretion of bronchial glands.
The alkaloids which are contained in a thermopsis grass (cytisine, caulophyllin, Pachycarpinum, anagirin, thermodogs, terpopsidin) have exciting effect on respiratory and in high doses on emetic the centers.
Natrii hydrocarbonas stimulates secretion of bronchial glands, promotes decrease in viscosity of a phlegm.
Indications
of the Respiratory disease
- tracheitis, bronchitis – as a part of complex therapy.
The route of administration and doses
Inside the adult appoint on 1 tablet 3 times a day within 3 – 5 days.
To children 12 years – on ½ - 1 tablet 3 times within 3 – 5 days are more senior.
Side effects
- allergic reactions, at reception of high doses - vomiting.
Contraindications
- hypersensitivity to drug components
- a peptic ulcer of a stomach and duodenum
- pregnancy, a lactation,
- children's age up to 12 years
Medicinal interactions
the Adsorbents knitting and enveloping means can reduce absorption of the alkaloids which are a part of a grass of a thermopsis in digestive tract.
Cough pills should not be applied along with drugs, with containing codeine and other antibechic medicines as it does not complicate expectoration of a phlegm.
For improvement of fluidifying and department of a phlegm plentiful warm drink is recommended to appoint special instructions.
Overdose
Symptoms: nausea and vomiting are possible.
Treatment: termination of administration of drug, gastric lavage and symptomatic therapy. There is no specific antidote.
A form of release and packing
On 10 tablets in planimetric bezjyacheykovy strip packaging. About 300 or 600 planimetric packs with the equal number of instructions for use in
the state and Russian languages are allowed place directly in group packing.
Storage conditions
In the dry, protected from light place, at a temperature not higher than 25 wasps.
To store out of children's reach!
