active agent - zinc of a pirition of 0.2%,
excipients: polyglyceryl 3 of methylglucose distearate (Tego Care 450), glyceryl stearate (Tegin M), stearyl alcohol (Tego Alkanol 18), octyl oktanat (Tegosoft EE), isopropyl palmitate (Tegosoft P), kokoat sucrose (Tegosoft LSE 65 K soft), tsiklometikon (Abil K 4), glycerin, is metilglyutst 20 (Tegosoft E 20), a fragrance (BINEA 10680), propylparaben (nipagin), by buthylhydroxytoluene, ethanol, water purified.

Pharmacological properties
Active agent of cream the Skin the Cap the activated zinc piritionat, having antimicrobial and antifungal activity. Drug shows the greatest activity concerning Pytyrosporum ovale u Rytyrosporum orbiculare and suppresses the pathological growth of cells of blankets of skin, thanks to it, eliminates excessive peeling in psoriasis, seborrhea, dandruff. In therapeutic concentration drug does not suppress function of healthy cells.
The mechanism of effect of zinc of the piritiont consists in an inditsirovaniye of a translocation and activity of a protein kinase From cells.
At external use, zinc piritionat is deposited in epidermis and blankets of a derma. System absorption zinc piritionat happens slowly, it is found in blood in trace quantities.
Indications
the Adult and children are more senior than 3 years:
- for treatment of psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, in particular at common forms, an itching, irritation, inflammatory reactions and dryness of skins (cream has the high hydrating ability) and also under occlusive bandages for resorption of dense psoriasis plaques and infiltrations in atopic dermatitis.
To Apply a route of administration and doses to the affected skin 2 times a day. In psoriasis a course of treatment 1-1.5 months, in atopic dermatitis 3-4 weeks, in other diseases apply cream before total disappearance of symptoms. To continue use of cream within 1-2 weeks at residual signs of pathological process (hyperaemia, dryness, pigmentation, peeling).
Side effects
Drug is usually well transferred. Allergic reactions are seldom noted.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to cream components.
Medicinal interactions
