Instruction for medical use of a product of medical purpose Name of a product of medical purpose: SISTEYN * ULTRA PLUS, eye drops-lyubrikant, in a bottle of 10 ml. Structure and description of a product: SISTEYN * ULTRA PLUS, eye drops-lyubrikant are the sterile solution containing sodium hyaluronate of 0.15%, polyethyleneglycol 400, propylene glycol, hydroksipropilguar, sorbitol, aminomethylpropyl alcohol, boric acid, Sodium biboratum, disodium salt of ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid, citrate of sodium, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, POLIKVAD * (a polidroniya chloride) 0.001%, acid chlorohydrogen or sodium hydroxide (for regulation rn) and the water purified. SISTEYN * ULTRA PLUS, eye drops-lyubrikant represents a combination of two polymers ‐ a hydroksipropilguar and hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid – the natural compound which is present at a human body it works as the moistening agent and promotes cellular proliferation. Viskoelastichny properties of hyaluronic acid similar to a plaintive film and ability to connect molecules of water create conditions for restoration of the damaged cells of an eye surface. Hydroksipropilguar – the high-molecular polymer forming gel-like liquid plaster on an eye surface and providing protection of cells against drying. The combination of hyaluronic acid and a hydroksipropilguar which is a part of SISTEYN * ULTRA PLUS, eye drops-lyubrikant is attached to the damaged cells of an eye surface, providing the increased moistening and greasing in comparison with one hyaluronic acid. Name and (or) trademark of the manufacturing organization: Alcon® Scope: SISTEYN * ULTRA PLUS, eye drops-lyubrikant, - are intended for treatment of a syndrome of a dry eye, temporarily remove the burning sensation and irritation caused by dryness of mucous membranes of eyes, dust, smoke, ultraviolet rays, dry heat (radiator, a sauna), the conditioner, wind, cosmetics, blinking is long the working TV or the computer monitor. SISTEYN * ULTRA PLUS, eye drops-lyubrikant, it is possible to use for moistening of contact lenses of one-day use, long use, and disposable silicone, hydrogel and soft (hydrophilic) contact lenses. Route of administration: Before use it is good to stir up a bottle! SISTEYN * ULTRA PLUS, eye drops-lyubrikant can be used as required during the day for relief of symptoms of a dry eye. Dig one or two drops in each eye and blink several times. At emergence of moderate irritation, discomfort or turbidity during carrying contact lenses, dig 1-2 drops and blink 2-3 times. Does not cause accustoming. Contraindications: Not to apply this product at allergic reactions to any of the SISTEYN components * ULTRA PLUS, eye drops-lyubrikant. Preventions: Use drug for designated purpose precisely following instructions of your treating doctor and the enclosed instruction. If at drug use you feel constant discomfort in eyes, vision changes, excessive dacryagogue and reddening of eyes, surely address your treating doctor. Do not use the SISTEYN product * ULTRA PLUS, eye drops-lyubrikant for clarification and disinfection of contact lenses. If the sight becomes indistinct right after drug use, it is recommended to wait until the sight is restored before taking the wheel or to use the equipment. Precautions: Only for ophthalmologic use. To avoid pollution of solution do not touch with a tip of a dropper to any surfaces. It is forbidden to use a product if it becomes colourless or muddy. The cover of a container has to be densely closed for the period when drug is not used. Do not use solution if packing is opened or damaged. Storage conditions: At a temperature not higher than 300 S. Hranit out of children's reach. Expiration date: 24 months. Not to use solution more than 3 months after the first opening of a bottle.
