The pharmacological
Pharmacokinetics At properties rectal administration a hydrocortisone is well soaked up from a large intestine. More than 90% contact proteins of blood plasma. The volume of distribution is 0.3 l/kg. Metabolism is carried out in a liver, kidneys and other body tissues to a tetrahydrocortisone and tetrahydrocortisol. About 90% of the absorbed dose are removed within 24 hours. The most part is removed by kidneys, and less than 1% in an invariable look.
Tsinkokaina hydrokhlodid is absorbed through mucous intestines. In insignificant degree contacts proteins of plasma and it is metabolized in a liver. It is removed through kidneys in the form of metabolites. The effect of anesthesia is reached in 15 min. and lasts for 2-4 hours.
Framycetinum is absorbed through a mucous membrane of intestines slightly. Has generally local effect. It is removed in an invariable view with a chair. Information on system pharmacokinetics of Framycetinum is not available.
Esculozidum a glycoside of group of coumarin which is received at extraction of a horse chestnut of Aesculus hippocastanum L. Its topical administration improves microcirculation and blood circulation.
A pharmacodynamics
the Mechanism of effect of drug is caused by the components which are its part. The hydrocortisone is corticosteroid hormone which suppresses function of macrophages and leukocytes, limits migration of leukocytes in the inflammation center. Promotes stabilization of lizosomalny membranes, reducing thereby concentration of proteolytic enzymes in the inflammation center, reduces the permeability of capillaries caused by action of a histamine. Has anti-inflammatory, antiallergic, anti-exudative effect. Tsinkokaina a hydrochloride is local anesthetic and lowers excitability of sensitive nerve terminations. Framycetinum - an antibiotic from group of aminoglycosides. Affects bakteritsidno gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. Esculozidum is related to vitamin P, reduces permeability and fragility of capillaries, connects free radicals and possesses vasoactive venotoniziruyushchy action.
Indications
- hemorrhoids (internal, external, with inflammatory states, before operation)
- postnatal hemorrhoids
- anal cracks, an anal itching
- proctites, treatment of wounds after proctologic operations.
The route of administration and doses
On one candle is entered highly into a rectum in the morning and for the night after bowel emptying.
A course of treatment of 10-15 days, depending on indications and a condition of the patient.

Side effects
- the local irritation or an itching on more extensive sites
- is possible increase in intracranial pressure
- oppression gipotalamo - a hypophysial and adrenal system (at long-term treatment)

- pregnancy and the period of a lactation

Special instructions
At emergence of signs of hypersensitivity the use of drug needs to be stopped.
The hydrocortisone is applied only after carrying out the corresponding proctologic inspections and establishment of the diagnosis.
Along with Sediprokt if necessary other means are applied to treatment of infections, allergic reactions.
At prolonged use of drug it is necessary to remember an opportunity, though rare, development of system corticosteroid effect.
Features of influence of medicine on ability to run the vehicle or potentially dangerous mechanisms.
The Overdose
Symptoms does not influence: strengthening of side effects.
Treatment: symptomatic.
The form of release and packing
On 6 suppositories place in blister strip packaging from aluminum foil.
On 1 planimetric packing together with the instruction for medical use in the state and Russian languages place in a pack from cardboard.
To Store storage conditions at a temperature not over 250C.
To store out of children's reach!
