The pharmacodynamics
of Rovahol® is the drug which is dissolving/destroying gallstones. Ровахол® dissolves cholesteric stones and desaturirut bile concerning cholesterol. Drug is the bile-expelling means strengthening biliary secretion and eliminating bilious stagnation. Ровахол® has spasmolytic effect, weakens spastic pains. The inhibiting activity of GMG of KoA-reductase of drug weakens production of endogenous cholesterol, reducing the index of a saturation of bile, promoting, thus, to dissolution of cholesteric stones and preventing further sedimentation of stones. Ровахол® it is effective in relation to a number of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria.

The recommended dosing mode:
Adults: from 1 - 2 capsule three times a day to food. Duration of a course of treatment is established by the doctor individually depending on a course of the disease.
Side effects
At the initial stage there can be a soft taste of mint. Insignificant number of patients noted slight and passing discomfort in a stomach.

children's and teenage age up to 18 years
