Structure
of 1 grams of ointment contains
active agent: benzocaine of 200 mg,
excipients: paraffin light liquid (light mineral oil), paraffin white soft (vaseline), propylene glycol, methylparahydroxybenzoate, propilparagidroksibenzoat, sorbitan stearate.

Ointment of white or yellowish color without foreign particles.
Pharmacotherapeutic group
of Means for treatment of hemorrhoids and anal cracks for topical administration. Local anesthetics. Benzocaine.

Pharmacological properties
Benzocaine is active superficial mestnoanesteziruyushchy means. Interferes with emergence of pain in the terminations of sensory nerves and to carrying out painful impulses on nerve fibrils. Malotoksichen, is badly dissolved in water, has no resorptive (general) effect.
Vaseline and mineral oil – the safe basis of ointment, has the softening and enveloping effect.
The drug Relif Advans has the calming effect in the itching, burning, discomfort connected with hemorrhoids.
Indications
– external and internal hemorrhoids
– cracks, an erosion and microtraumas of an anus
– in the postoperative period at the patients who underwent proctologic operations
– for anesthesia when carrying out diagnostic manipulations
– other diseases which are followed by the expressed pain syndrome, an itching, burning in the anorectal
Route of administration area and doses
to use Drug after holding hygienic procedures.
Before use of ointment it is necessary to blot with wet towel wipes an affected area. For introduction to an ointment rectum, it is necessary to remove a protective cap from the applicator, to attach the applicator to a tuba and to carefully squeeze out ointment from a tuba. Having well greased the applicator, to carefully enter it into a rectum. Ointment is applied also to skin in an anus.
After each use carefully to disinfect the applicator and to put on him in a protective cap.
Drug is used to 4 times a day (in the morning, for the night and after each bowel emptying).
Duration of a course of treatment – 7-10 days.
Side effect
Is rare: allergic reactions: burning, hyperaemia, skin rashes in an anus.
Contraindications
– the increased individual sensitivity to any of drug components
– a clotting disease
– a granulocytopenia
– children's age up to 12 years
Medicinal interactions
Data on influence on a pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics of other medicines at topical administration are absent.
Special instructions
In cases of plentiful bloody discharges from an anus or at preservation of painful symptoms more than 7 days it is necessary to consult in addition with the proctologist.
It is not necessary to use the applicator if its introduction to a rectum causes pain.
Pregnancy and a lactation
during pregnancy and a lactation the use of drug is possible only after careful assessment of a ratio advantage / risk both for mother, and for a fruit or the child.
The feature of influence on ability to run transport or potentially dangerous mechanisms
does not influence.
Overdose
Symptoms: burning, hyperaemia.
Treatment: drug withdrawal and symptomatic treatment.

On 28.4 g of drug place in the laminated tubas with a plastic cover.
On 1 tuba together with the applicator and the instruction for medical use in the state and Russian languages place in a cardboard box.
To Store storage conditions at a temperature not above 25 °C.
