In clinical trial the broncholitic effect of drug was noted. Experiments on animals showed spasmolytic effect of drug.
It is supposed that the sekretolitichesky effect is caused by irritation of a mucous membrane of a stomach by reflex stimulation of mucous glands of bronchial tubes through touch parasympatolytic fibers.
Indications
- symptomatic treatment of chronic inflammatory diseases of bronchial tubes
- the acute inflammatory respiratory diseases which are followed by cough
the Route of administration and doses
the Adult and to children are more senior than 12 years to accept solution on 1 3 times a day will flow down (5 ml) that corresponds to 105 mg of dry extract of leaves of an ivy, children are 6-11 years old - on 1 2 times a day will flow down (5 ml) that corresponds to 70 mg of dry extract of leaves of an ivy.
Before use stik it is necessary to knead slightly.
To accept solution in the undiluted morning, during the lunchtime and in the evening.
Duration of treatment depends on character and weight of symptoms of a disease and is, as a rule, 7 days, even in case of easy inflammation of airways.
For achievement of lasting therapeutic effect 2-3 more days after improvement of a condition of the patient are recommended to continue treatment.
Maximum daily dose: to adults and children 12 years are more senior to apply no more than 3 times a day, children are 6-11 years old – no more than 2 times a day.
Side effects
Very seldom:
- allergic reactions such as asthma, hypostasis of mucous membranes, enanthesis, urticaria
- gastrointestinal disorders such as nausea, vomiting and diarrhea at patients with hypersensitivity.
Contraindications
- hypersensitivity to active agent or to any other component of drug
- children's age up to 6 years
- pregnancy and the period of a lactation

instructions Drug contains sorbitol. If to apply according to the instruction, the patient receives 1.9 g of sorbitol at each reception.
There is a risk for patients with congenital intolerance of fructose. In that case, treatment should be carried out only after consultation with the doctor.
It is not necessary to exceed the recommended daily dose of drug.
If symptoms of a disease do not disappear or short wind, fever and also a purulent or bloody phlegm at expectoration develops, it is necessary to consult immediately with the doctor.
