Repeated courses can be given every 3–4 months without loss of effectiveness.

How to use POLYOXIDONIUM® suppositories?

Suppositories (6 mg and 12 mg) are administered rectally or vaginally, depending on the condition.

They are suitable for adults and children over 6 years old. The dosage varies by indication:

• Adults: 1 suppository daily for 3 days, then every other day (total 10 doses)
• Children 6–18 years: 1 suppository of 6 mg daily or every other day
• In chronic or complex cases, treatment may last up to 2–3 months
