Suppositories of a torpedo-shaped form, from color, white to white with a yellowish or creamy shade.
Pharmacotherapeutic group
Drugs for treatment of functional disorders of intestines. Papaverine and its derivatives.

Pharmacokinetics Bioavailability properties on average - 54%. Communication with proteins of plasma - 90%. It is well distributed, gets through gistogematichesky barriers. It is metabolized in a liver. Elimination half-life - 0.5-2 h (it can be extended up to 24 h). It is removed by kidneys in the form of metabolites. Completely is removed from blood at a hemodialysis.
The pharmacodynamics
Antispasmodic, has hypotensive effect. Inhibits FDE, causes accumulation in a cell of tsAMF and decrease in contents Sa2+, reduces a tone and relaxes unstriated muscles of internals (digestive tract, a respiratory and urinogenital system) and vessels. In high doses reduces excitability of a cardiac muscle and slows down intracardial conductivity. Action on the central nervous system is significant poorly (in high doses renders sedation).
Indications
- a spasm of unstriated muscles of abdominal organs (cholecystitis, a pylorospasm, a spastic colitis, renal colic)
- a spasm of peripheral vessels (endarteritis)
- a brain angiospasm
- a heart angiospasm (in stenocardia - as a part of complex therapy)
- an angiospasm of bronchial tubes (at a bronchospasm)
Apply the Route of administration and doses rektalno, on 1 – 2 suppository 2-3 times a day, after spontaneous bowel emptying or a cleansing enema. The course of treatment is appointed by the attending physician individually.

At combined use with tricyclic antidepressants, procaineamide, reserpine, quinidine strengthening of hypotensive effect of a papaverine of a hydrochloride is possible.
Special instructions
during treatment the intake of ethanol has to be excluded.
Vazodilatiruyushchy action decreases in tobacco smoking.
The feature of influence of medicine on ability to run the vehicle or potentially dangerous mechanisms
does not influence control of motor transport and occupations other potentially dangerous types of activity demanding the increased concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions.
Overdose
Symptoms: diplopia, weakness, lowering of arterial pressure, drowsiness.
Treatment: symptomatic (maintenance of arterial blood pressure).
Form of release and packing
Suppositories rectal 0.02 g.
On 5 suppositories place in blister strip packaging from a film polyvinylchloride.
On 2 blister strip packagings together with the instruction for medical use in the state and Russian languages place in a pack from cardboard.
To Store storage conditions in the dry, protected from light place at a temperature not above 15 °C.
To store out of children's reach!
