The pharmacodynamics
Active agent of drug Pantestin-Darnitsa deksapantenol is provitamin. When drawing on skin deksapantenol gets into cells of an epithelium and it is transformed to pantothenic acid which is a component of a coenzyme And, the synthesis of plastic material which is taking part in processes. It leads to strengthening of processes of forming and regeneration of skin, in the hardly healing, complicated wounds.
As the hardly healing wounds, as a rule, are complicated by a wound fever for the purpose of prevention and treatment of a wound fever the cationic antiseptic agent – miramistin which antimicrobic action supplements effect of a deksapantenol is entered into drug.
Indications
- for treatment of wounds of various localization and genesis, including postoperative wounds, trophic ulcers and decubituses in a regeneration phase (2nd phase of wound process) in surgery
- for treatment of sunblisters, for treatment of the granulating burn wounds, preparation them to an autodermoplastika and after plastic surgeries for improvement of engraftment of skin transplants in Combustiology
- for prevention of radiation injuries of mucous membranes, skin and surrounding fabrics and also for treatment of beam ulcers in a regeneration phase in radiation medicine
- for treatment of infections of skin, in particular, again infected eczemas and neurodermatitises
- for treatment of small grazes, cuts, scratches, burns, an intertrigo and prevention of their infection at household traumatism
- at treatment of erosion of a neck of the uterus, erosive colpitises and injuries of a mucous membrane of a vagina to gynecology
- for treatment of diseases of the parodont (catarrhal, ulcer and necrotic ulitis, the localized periodontal disease, a generalized periodontal disease), treatment of diseases of a mucous membrane of an oral cavity (stomatitis, chronic recurrent aphthous stomatitis), traumatic damages of a mucous membrane of an oral cavity (prosthetic stomatitis) in stomatology.
The route of administration and doses
Pantestin-Darnitsa apply Gel locally. After standard processing of a wound surface, gel is applied with a thin layer on a wound, then apply a sterile gauze bandage if gel is required applied on a dressing material, and then on a wound. In the presence of exudate before drug use the wound needs to be washed with solution of Furacilin (1:5000) or peroxide of hydrogen (3%) and to dry up a gauze napkin. In dermatological diseases and sunblisters the treatment can be performed by a bespovyazochny method, 2-3 times a day apply gel on the struck surface. In gynecologic diseases (erosion of a neck of the uterus, erosive colpitises, etc.) previously impregnate with gel a gauze tampon which is entered deeply into a vagina in a prone position.
In dental diseases drug is used only to adult patients. Drug for topical administration in an oral cavity. After the individual

Some decrease in resistance of microorganisms to antibiotics at simultaneous use is noted with miramistiny.
Dekspantenol can strengthen action of the depolarizing muscle relaxants and weaken action of not depolarizing muscle relaxants thanks to ability to stimulate synthesis of acetylcholine.
During treatment it is not necessary to apply along with other drugs without preliminary consultation with the doctor.
