Indications for use Otipax ear drops
Local symptomatic treatment and anesthesia for:
- otitis media in the acute period
- otitis, as a complication after the flu, the so-called. flictenular otitis media
- barotraumatic otitis (without violating the integrity of the eardrum).

Contraindications
- children's age up to 1 month
- hypersensitivity to the components of the drug
- Infectious or traumatic damage to the eardrum.
Necessary precautions for use
If the drug is used with a perforated tympanic membrane, the drug may come into contact with the organs of the middle ear and lead to complications.
As a precaution, the integrity of the tympanic membrane should be checked before any use.
Interactions with other drugs

With topical application of the drug, there was no interaction with any drugs.
Special Warnings

Dosing regimen
Adults: instill into the external auditory canal 4 drops 2-3 times a day.
Children from 1 month and older: instill into the external auditory canal 1-2 drops 2 times a day.
The course of treatment should not exceed 10 days.

How to use the dropper bottle:
• Remove the bottle cap,
• Put the dropper on the vial,
• Remove the dropper cap,
• Invert the vial and gently squeeze the tip to release 1 drop,
• Press until you get 4 drops,
• Replace the cap on the dropper tip after use
Warm the vial in your hands to avoid the discomfort of the cold solution in your ear.
Duration of treatment
The duration of treatment should not exceed 10 days. Seek medical attention if symptoms persist.

Subject to the method of application, an overdose is not possible.

1 bottle of the drug contains: active substances: phenazone 0.64 g, lidocaine hydrochloride 0.16 g, excipients: sodium thiosulfate, anhydrous ethanol, glycerin, purified water.
Storage conditions
Store in a place protected from light, at a temperature not exceeding 30ºС.
Shelf life - 3 years.
After opening the vial, use within 30 days.
Do not use after the expiration date!
