active agent - a tetragidrozolin a hydrochloride of 0.5 mg,
excipients: boric acid, sodium pyroborate, water for injections.

Drugs for treatment of diseases of eyes. Decongestants and antiallergenic drugs. The sympathomimetics used as decongestants. Tetrizolin.

Pharmacokinetics At properties topical administration is practically not soaked up by S01GA02.
Tetragidrozolin's pharmacodynamics a hydrochloride – sympathomimetic drug which stimulates alpha adrenoceptors, but has no or has weak effect on beta adrenoceptors. Being a sympathomimetic, the tetragidrozolina a hydrochloride possesses vasoconstrictive action and reduces hypostasis of fabrics. The effect begins in a few minutes after burying and 4-8 hours proceed.
Data on a possibility of emergence of mydriasis and a reactive hyperemia at use of drug are absent.
Indications
to Adults and children are more senior than 8 years
For the removal of hypostasis and hyperaemia of a conjunctiva arising in an allergy or caused by influence of chemical and physical factors (smoke, dust, light, cosmetics, swimming in the chlorinated water, during the work with the computer and carrying lenses, fatigue of eyes when driving the car)
the Route of administration and doses
Appoint in the affected eye 1-2 drops in the lower conjunctival sac 2-3 times a day.
Course of treatment no more than 4 days. If improvement did not occur within 48 hours, treatment needs to be stopped.
Use of a bottle dropper
to Uncover a bottle dropper and to turn a bottle. Not to touch a bottle tip any surfaces. After use to screw up a bottle dropper cover.
Side effects
- emergence of burning sensation
- reddening of eyes, pricking, eye pain
- a sight zatumanennost

- children's age up to 8 years
- hypersensitivity to drug components
- closed-angle glaucoma and endothelial and epithelial dystrophy of a cornea
- pregnancy and the period of a lactation
Medicinal interactions
Drug should not be used along with MAO inhibitors (fenelzin, Nialamidum, iproniazid, etc.) and within 10 days after the termination of their reception.
The increased risk of developing arrhythmias can occur at the patients accepting cardiac glycosides, quinidine or tricyclic antidepressants.
Special instructions
With care to apply at patients with a serious cardiovascular illness (coronary heart disease, arterial hypertension, arrhythmia, aneurysm), a pheochromocytoma and the patients receiving the inhibitors of a monoaminooxidase or other means capable to increase arterial blood pressure.
To apply carefully to patients with diabetes, a hyperthyroidism.
Contact lenses should be removed before burying drug and to establish them approximately in 15 minutes.
Неозин® it is reasonable to apply only at slight irritation of eyes. If within 48 hours the state does not improve or the irritation and redness remain or increase, it is necessary to cancel drug and to see a doctor. At appearance of megalgias in eyes, a headache, losses of sight, sudden emergence of floating spots before eyes, reddenings of eyes, pain at influence of light or doubling in eyes needs to see a doctor immediately.
Not to apply Neozin® if the irritation or redness are connected with serious diseases of an organ of sight: infection, foreign body or chemical injury of a cornea.
The feature of influence on ability to run the vehicle and potentially dangerous mechanisms
Should be careful when driving and potentially dangerous mechanisms as after use of drug the mydriasis, a sight zatumanennost, increase in intraocular pressure, irritation of a conjunctiva can be observed.
Overdose
Symptoms: at use according to the instruction the risk of emergence of overdose is minimum. However in case of careless hit in digestive tract the following symptoms of overdose are possible: mydriasis, nausea, cyanosis, fever, spasms, tachycardia, arrhythmia, cardiac arrest, arterial hypertension, fluid lungs, disturbances of respiratory function and functions of the central nervous system, lump.
The risk of emergence of the symptoms of overdose connected with drug absorption is high at newborns and small children, especially at ingestion.
Treatment: washing of eyes a large amount of water, at hit inside: activated carbon, gastric lavage, inhalation by oxygen, febrifugal and anticonvulsants. For a lowering of arterial pressure use hypotensive drugs. Angiotonic means are contraindicated to patients with low arterial blood pressure.
Antidote of a tetrizolin of a hydrochloride is unknown.
At emergence of any symptoms of overdose it is necessary to see a doctor immediately!
A form of release and packing
of the Drop the eye 0.05% 8 ml, 15 ml in bottles droppers from polyethylene which are hermetically corked by covers with control of the first opening.
On 1 bottle together with the instruction for medical use in the state and Russian languages place in a pack from cardboard bandbox.
On 100, 20 or 10 packs place in a box of cardboard or on 20 bottles (without investment in a pack) together with iinstruktion on medical use in the state and Russian languages on number of bottles place in a box of cardboard bandbox.
To Store storage conditions in the place protected from light, at a temperature not over 25 ºС.
The period of use of drug after opening of a bottle no more than 4 weeks.
