Actively influences a metabolism, strengthens dissimilation processes, participates in synthesis of hormones of a thyroid gland - triiodothyronine (T3) and thyroxine (T4), possesses proteolytic action. Gets into milk of mother and can potentially influence function of a thyroid gland at the children who are on breastfeeding.
Glycerin interferes with a liquid delay in the inflamed fabrics, reduces puffiness of fabrics, forms a protective film on a mucosal surface.
A pharmacodynamics
of Lyugolit – DF® – antiseptic drug for treatment of diseases of a throat and an oral cavity.
The main active ingredient is the molecular iodine rendering antiseptic and local irritative effect. Drug has bactericidal effect on gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms, including streptococci, staphylococcus, colibacillus and also on a pathogenic fungi and yeast. The pyocyanic stick is resistant to effect of drug.
The mechanism of antimicrobial effect of active iodine consists in interaction of iodine with structural and functional proteins of microorganisms. The iodamines which are formed at the same time lead to change of conformation of proteinaceous molecules with loss their initial physical, chemical and, the main thing, biological properties. At the expense of it it is carried out both destruction of membrane structures, and blocking of biocatalytic processes in microbic cells that leads to their death.

- an acute and adenoid disease, pharyngitis
- aphthous stomatitis
the Route of administration and doses
use Drug to adults and children 8 years locally after meal of 2 - 4 times a day are more senior.
To take a bottle from a plastic package, to remove a protective cap from a head and since the end of a tube of the spray, to establish a spray tube by situation up or aside, to press carefully its head 3 - 4 times that solution arrived to the spray and after pressing it was sprayed (fig. 1).

If use Lyugolit-DF® in a bottle complete with the mechanical spray, then before use it is necessary to replace a bottle cover with the spray.
For treatment of a tonsillitis, tonsillitis or pharyngitis to enter the spray on 2 - 3 cm into an oral cavity, to hold the breath and to press 2 times a spray head so that one irrigation was carried out to the right, the second ― to the left.
At treatment of stomatitis it is necessary to irrigate a mucous membrane of an oral cavity.
Duration of use is caused by the nature of a disease, its expressiveness and is defined by the doctor.
To use drug carefully, avoiding hit in airways!
Side effects
- local irritative action (burning)
- allergic reactions (itching, hyperaemia, urticaria)
- an iodism (metal smack, cold, a small tortoiseshell, a Quincke's edema, salivation, dacryagogue, digestive tract disorder)
At emergence of side effects is necessary drug phase-out.
Contraindications
- the increased individual sensitivity to iodine and other
components of drug
- pregnancy and the period of a lactation
- hyperfunction of a thyroid gland
- a dekompensirovanny heart, renal failure
- diagnostic tests or therapy by radioiodine (during the period in 2 weeks prior to a research or therapy)
- herpetiform dermatitis of Dyuringa
- the children's age up to 8 years
Medicinal interactions
is not recommended to combine drug with other means for disinfection of a mouth and throat. Drug is incompatible with essential oils, ammonia, hydrogen peroxide.
The special
instructions Drug it is not intended for intake.
With care to apply in laryngitis because of a possibility of a laryngospasm, in tuberculosis, hemorrhagic diathesis.
At intake of other medicines it is necessary to consult with the doctor about a possibility of use of Lyugolita-DF®.
The children's age
At children is more senior than 8 years can cause a reflex bronchospasm therefore drug has to be used according to the recommendation of the doctor.
Features of influence of medicine on ability to run the vehicle or potentially dangerous mechanisms
Considering side effects it is necessary to be careful at control of motor transport or potentially dangerous mechanisms.
Overdose
At the recommended topical administration of drug in oral cavities or throats the cases of overdose were not observed.
Symptoms: In case of accidental ingestion of drug the development of acute poisoning is possible. At first the metal smack in an oral cavity is felt, vomiting, a stomach ache, a liquid chair is possible. For 1―3 days the anury, glottis hypostasis with the subsequent development of asphyxia, aspiratorny pneumonia or fluid lungs is observed. Blood circulation disturbance is in certain cases possible.
Treatment: Carry out gastric lavage. The patient needs to accept activated carbon or 1―5% Natrium thiosulfuricum solution, and then to allow to drink milk or the made starch. Further carry out symptomatic treatment. There is no specific antidote.
In case of accidental hit in eyes, they should be washed out a large amount of water or solution of Natrium thiosulfuricum.
A form of release and packing
On 30 g or 50 g of drug in bottles from dark glass with a screw mouth, with the mechanical spray and a protective cap on a head and on the end of a tube of the spray. The bottle is placed in a plastic package. On one bottle together with the instruction for medical use in the state and Russian languages place in a pack cardboard.
Or, on 30 g or 50 g of drug in the bottles from dark glass with a screw mouth corked by the screwing-up plastic cover, placed in a plastic package complete with the mechanical spray supplied with a protective cap on a head and on the end of a tube of the spray. On one bottle together with the mechanical spray and the instruction for medical use in the state and Russian languages place in a pack cardboard.
To Store storage conditions in the place protected from light, at a temperature not higher than 25 wasps.
To store out of children's reach!
