Restoration of vaginal flora at various states:
A bacterial vaginosis (as independent means or as a part of combination therapy),
After use of antibacterial therapy,
By preparation for carrying out planned gynecologic operations,
By prenatal training of the pregnant women entering into risk group concerning a bacterial vaginosis and inflammatory diseases of bodies of a small pelvis.
The action mechanism
At introduction of the LAKTOZhINAL capsule to a vagina a cover of the capsule is dissolved with release of the lyophilized culture of live lactobacilli.
The main mechanism providing protection of a biocenosis of a vagina is the ability of lactobacilli to lactification. It is formed as a result of processing by lactobacilli of a glycogen of a vaginal epithelium and provides maintenance of acidic environment of a vagina which normal makes rn 3.8-4.5. Thus, colonization of a vagina lactobacilli of L. casei rhamnosus Doderleini promotes forming of a protective barrier and maintenance of the normal physiological environment, providing resistance of a vaginal biotope to pathogenic activators.
Lcr35 strain as a part of LAKTOZhINAL has antagonistic activity concerning a wide range pathogenic and opportunistic pathogenic bacteriums (including Staphylococcus spp., Proteus spp., Gardnerella vaginalis, P. bivia and also yeast-like mushrooms of the sort Candida), improves local exchange processes and promotes recovery of natural local immunity.
Inhibiting effect of a strain of Lcr35 (pro-biotic component) as a part of LAKTOZhINAL is characterized by education of antimicrobic agents of type of bacteriocine and peroxide of hydrogen.
A route of administration

To enter the capsule deeply into a vagina, previously having moistened it in a small amount of water for dissolution process acceleration.
LAKTOZhINAL is applied:
on 1 capsule in the morning and in the evening within 7 days or on 1 capsule daily within 14 days. If necessary the course can be repeated.
It can be applied at pregnancy and in the period of a lactation.
Medicinal interactions
Perhaps simultaneous use of antibacterial and antiviral drugs. Clinically significant cases of interaction are not registered.
Side effects (influence, individual intolerance)
Are possible local allergic reactions (including an itching, burning, reddening in genitals, strengthening of mucous discharges from a vagina).
Contraindications for use
For women are younger than 18 years.
Not to use a precautionary measure (safety) in case of hypersensitivity or an allergy to one or more components of a product.
Form of release and packing
Vaginal capsules No. 14. On 7 capsules in 2-circuit strip packagings from a film of polyvinylchloride and aluminum foil, together with the instruction for medical use in the state and Russian languages place in a pack from cardboard.
To Store storage conditions at a temperature not higher than 25 Pages. Out of children's reach.
