Pharmacokinetics Due to properties of the maintenance of midget doses of active ingredients in drug, is not possible to conduct pharmacokinetic researches.
The pharmacodynamics
Has the calming effect. In a menopausal syndrome softens psychoemotional manifestations (emotional lability, irritability, fatigue, tearfulness, a depression, a sleep disorder), reduces expressiveness of vegetative reactions (inflows, perspiration, heartbeat, a headache, dizziness) and exchange disturbances (normalizes lipidic exchange).
Indications

the Route of administration and doses
take the Drug 2 times a day (in the morning and in the evening) on 1 tablet on reception, not less than in 15 minutes prior to food. The tablet should be held in a mouth (without chewing and without swallowing) before full dissolution. The recommended use duration for achievement of steady effect is 6 months. At hard proceeding climax the increase in administration of drug up to 3-4 times a day is possible.
If necessary the course of treatment can be repeated in 2-3 weeks.
