What is Kataria® (Sodium Citrate)?

Kataria® is a urinary alkalizer that contains sodium citrate, designed to help relieve symptoms of cystitis (inflammation of the bladder) in women.

Each sachet of Kataria® contains 5.6 grams of the active ingredient, and the product is packaged in sets of 6 sachets.

Sodium citrate works by reducing the acidity of urine, which helps alleviate discomfort caused by cystitis.

How should Kataria® be used?

For adult women, dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of water and drink it three times daily for 48 hours.

The solution should be used immediately after preparation.

This treatment is not suitable for men or children.

Each sachet contains 939 mg of sodium, equivalent to 47% of the recommended daily sodium intake for adults.
