Description: Phospholipids are construction blocks of cell membranes of a liver. The cellular membrane consists of two layers of phospholipids. It protects living material in a cell and controls that enters a cell and leaves it. When the cellular membrane loses phospholipids, it is damaged, and function of a cell weakens. Strong damage of a cellular membrane can lead to destruction of a cell. The human body develops some types of phospholipids, but the others have to come to an organism through intake of dietary supplements. Phospholipids which can be received only through the use of dietary supplements are called Essential phospholipids.
