Dekvaliniya's Pharmacokinetics properties chloride is absorbed in insignificant quantity.
Dekatilen's pharmacodynamics renders antiviral, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, haemo static action. Dekvaliniya chloride is effective concerning gram-negative bacteria: Salmonella typxi, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Proteus vulgaris, Salmonella typhimurium, gram-positive bacteria: Bacillius subtitis, Corynebacteria diphtheriae, Mycobacteria tuberculosis, gram-negative cocci: Neiss. catarrhalis, Neiss. meningitides, gram-positive cocci: Staphylococcus aureaus, Staphylococcus aureaus penicillin-resistens, Streptococcus laecalis, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Streptococcus pyogenes, Streptococcus salivarius, fungal flora: Actinomycis, Candida albicans, Trichophyton mentagrvophytes, Trichophyton rubrium, Trichophyton verrucosum and also Spirochaeta Vinccenri. Cinchocainum the hydrochloride has weak mestnoanesteziruyushchy effect, weakening pain in infections of a mouth and throat.
The tablets Dekatilen do not cause local irritation or allergic reaction. Considering that Dekatilen does not contain some sugar, it can be applied at patients with diabetes.
Indications
Topical treatment of acute inflammatory diseases of a mouth and throat:
- the catarrhal angina and a lacunar angina (as supportive application)
- an ulcer and filmy tonsillitis of Simanovskogo-Plauta-Vensana (as supportive application)
- pharyngitis, laryngitis, tonsillitis
- an aphthous stomacace, an ulitis
- a candidiasis of a mouth and throat (as supportive application)
- states after a tonzilloektomiya, extractions of teeth
- for elimination of an unpleasant smell from a mouth
to Adults and children from 12 years appoint the Route of administration and doses on 1 tablet each 2 hours, after reduction of symptoms of inflammation - on 1 tablet each 4 hours. To children 4 years are aged more senior appoint on 1 tablet each 3 hours, after reduction of symptoms - on 1 tablet each 6 hours. Tablets should be rassasyvat slowly, not to crack. The maximum daily dose of 10-12 tablets during an acute period of a disease and then on 6 tablets before disappearance of symptoms of inflammation. The course of treatment depends on disappearance of symptoms of inflammation and makes no more than 5 days.

- local reactions of hypersensitivity (itching, rash)

- hypersensitivity to a dekvaliniya to chloride, Dibucainum to a hydrochloride or to any other of drug components
- the known allergic reactions to the quarternary ammonium bases (for example, a benzalkoniya chloride)
- children's age up to 4 years
Medicinal interactions
Antibacterial action decreases at combined use with anionic detergents (for example, with toothpaste). Interactions with other medicines are not described.
The special
instructions Use in pediatrics
Data on use of drug for children up to 4 years is absent.
Pregnancy and the period of a lactation
Controlled researches were not conducted.
Use is possible in case the expected effect for mother exceeds potential risk for a fruit and the child.
Features of influence on ability to run the vehicle or potentially dangerous mechanisms

of Information on cases does not influence there is no overdose.
A form of release and packing
On 10 tablets in blister strip packaging from a film polyvinylchloride and Aclar (2000) and aluminum foil. On the 2nd blister strip packagings together with the instruction for medical use in the state and Russian languages place in a pack from cardboard.
To Store storage conditions in the dry place, at a temperature not higher than + 25C.
To store out of children's reach!
