Structure
1 ml of spray contains
active agents: Hexetidinum in terms of 100% substance – 1 mg, sincaline salicylate of 80% in terms of 100% substance – 5 mg, chlorbutanol gemigidrat in terms of 100% anhydrous substance – 2.5 mg,
excipients: ethanol (96%), sodium saccharin, polysorbate 20, propionic acid, oil lemon, aniseed oil, menthol (left menthol), eucalyptole, the water purified.

Pharmacokinetics Active Agents properties are fixed on a mucous membrane of an oral cavity from where they are gradually released.
A pharmacodynamics
Effect of drug is caused by three active ingredients.
Antibacterial and antifungal activity.
Hexetidinum – antiseptic for topical administration. Thanks to Hepilor Hexetidinum shows the significant antibacterial effect concerning the most widespread causative agents of diseases of an oral cavity, namely gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms (aerobes and anaerobe bacterias) and mushrooms. The mechanism of effect of Hepilor spray is caused by ability of Hexetidinum to competitively substitute thiamine (the structure of Hexetidinum is similar to structure of thiamine), which is necessary for growth and reproduction of bacteria and mushrooms.
Hexetidinum has styptic effect, eliminates pain, has the enveloping effect on a mucous membrane, improving blood supply of fabrics and stimulating regeneration of epidermis.
Anti-inflammatory activity.
Sincaline salicylate possesses the significant analgesic, febrifugal and anti-inflammatory action, is applied locally to treatment of diseases of an oral cavity.
The anesthetizing activity. Chlorbutanol possesses antibacterial, anti-inflammatory action and mestnoanesteziruyushchy activity that promotes pain relief. Active agents are fixed on a mucous membrane of an oral cavity from where they are gradually released.
Hepilor spray eliminates pain and inflammation in a throat, interferes with development of bacterial infections and accelerates epithelization of a mucous membrane of a mouth and throat.
Indications
– topical treatment of infectious and inflammatory diseases of an oral cavity and throat: the tonsillitis, an acute and adenoid disease, pharyngitis, laryngitis, an ulitis, stomatitis, aphthous ulcers
– an oral cavity care before the dental
operations Route of administration and a dose
Apply locally to irrigation of an oral cavity.
Adult: 1 dispersion of 4-6 times a day.
To children 12 years are more senior: 1 dispersion 2-3 times a day.
Course of treatment no more than 5 days.
Side effects
– allergic reactions: the slight irritation of a mucous membrane of an oral cavity, skin reactions
– is possible disturbance of flavoring perceptions and sense of smell (in this case it is necessary to stop treatment)
– risk of a sensitization to one of drug components.
Contraindications
– hypersensitivity to any of drug components
– children’s age up to 12 years
– the revealed allergy to drug components.
Not to apply medicinal interactions together with the drugs containing antiseptic agents.
Special instructions
At use drug not to swallow and avoid contact with eyes as drug contains ethanol.
Prolonged use as natural microbic balance of an oral cavity and throat where there is a risk of bacterial or fungal distribution can change is not recommended.
At emergence of the general clinical signs of a bacterial infection the general antibacterial therapy has to be provided.
If symptoms remain more than 5 days and/or body temperature is increased, then it is necessary to reconsider treatment tactics.
Uses during pregnancy or feeding by a breast.
During pregnancy or feeding by a breast drug is used only on doctor’s orders and only when the advantage of use of drug for mother exceeds risk for a fruit.

A form of release and packing
On 20 ml or on 50 ml in the bottles from brown glass with a screw mouth supplied with pumps dosers of oral appointment with a protective cap.
Drug is removed from a bottle via the spray in the form of an aerosol stream.
On a bottle paste the self-adhesive label.
Each bottle and the spray together with the instruction for medical use in the state and Russian languages put in a pack from cardboard.
To Store storage conditions at a temperature not higher than 25 wasps. Not to freeze.
