Structure
One ml of drug contains
active agent – a tetrizolin a hydrochloride of 0.5 mg,
excipients: a benzalkoniya chloride of 50% solution, sodium chloride, boric acid, sodium pyroborate, dinatrium edetat, the water purified.

Pharmacokinetics At properties topical administration tetrizolin is practically not soaked up. Detailed pharmacokinetic researches of eye drops were not conducted.
The pharmacodynamics
Tetrizolin — sympathomimetic drug which stimulates alpha adrenoceptors of sympathetic nervous system, but has no or has weak effect on beta adrenoceptors. Being sympathomimetic amine, tetrizolin possesses vasoconstrictive action and reduces hypostasis of fabrics. The effect begins in a few minutes after burying and 4–8 hours proceed.

Indications
to Adults and children are more senior than 8 years
– for the removal of hypostasis and hyperaemia of a conjunctiva arising in an allergy or caused by influence of chemical and physical factors (smoke, dust, the chlorinated water, light, cosmetics, contact lenses)

the Route of administration and doses
On 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye 2–3 times a day. Continuous use of drug is not recommended more than 4 days. If within 48 hours the state does not improve or the irritation and redness remain or increase, it is necessary to cancel drug and to see

Side effects
Seldom
– burning sensation, reddening of eyes, pain, pricking in an eye, a sight zatumanennost, irritation of a conjunctiva, mydriasis.
System effects are possible: headache, dizziness, nausea, drowsiness, insomnia, tremor, mydriasis, tachycardia, hyperglycemia, increase in arterial blood pressure, disturbance of action of the heart, allergic reactions.
At manifestation of above-mentioned signs it is necessary to see a doctor.

Contraindications
– children’s age up to 8 years
– hypersensitivity to drug components
– closed-angle glaucoma and endothelial and epithelial dystrophy of a cornea
With care
At patients with a serious cardiovascular illness (coronary heart disease, arterial hypertension, arrhythmias, aneurysm), a hyperthyroidism, a pheochromocytoma, diabetes and at the patients receiving the inhibitors of a monoaminooxidase or other means capable to increase arterial blood pressure.

Medicinal interactions
Drug should not be used along with inhibitors of a monoaminooxidase (MAO) and within 10 days after the termination of their reception.

Special instructions
Contact lenses should be removed before burying drug and to establish them approximately in 15 minutes. It is necessary to avoid direct contact of drug with soft lenses because of possible disturbance of transparency. It is reasonable to apply Wiesen only at slight irritation of eyes. At appearance of megalgias in eyes, a headache, losses of sight, sudden emergence of floating spots before eyes, reddenings of eyes, pain at influence of light or doubling in eyes needs to see a doctor immediately.
Not to apply Vizin if the irritation or redness are connected with serious diseases of an organ of sight: infection, foreign body or chemical injury of a cornea.
At emergence of any symptoms of overdose it is necessary to see a doctor immediately!
If medicine became useless or the expiration date expired – do not throw out it in sewage or on the street! Place medicine in a package and put in a garbage container. These measures will help to protect the environment!
Pregnancy and the period of a lactation
Considering risk of the general reactions, it is possible to use drug during pregnancy and a lactation only in that case if, according to the doctor, the expected advantage for mother exceeds potential risk for a fruit and the child.
Features of influence of medicine on ability to run the vehicle or potentially dangerous mechanisms
In rare instances after Vizin’s use mydriasis is observed and there is a sight zatumanennost which can affect ability to drive the car and mechanisms.

Overdose
At use according to the instruction the risk of emergence of overdose is minimum. However in case of careless hit in digestive tract the following symptoms are possible: expansion of pupils, nausea, cyanosis, fever, spasms, tachycardia, arrhythmia, cardiac arrest, increase in arterial blood pressure, fluid lungs, disturbances of respiratory function, function of the central nervous system and lump. The risk of emergence of the symptoms of overdose connected with drug absorption is high at newborns and small children, especially at ingestion.
Treatment: washing of eyes a large amount of water, at hit inside: activated carbon, gastric lavage, inhalation by oxygen, febrifugal and anticonvulsants. For a lowering of arterial pressure use hypotensive drugs. Angiotonic means are contraindicated to patients with low arterial blood pressure. Antidote of a tetrizolin of a hydrochloride is unknown.
The form of release and packing
On 15 ml of drug place in bottles from polyethylene of low density with the drop device and the screwing-up plastic cover with a polypropylene tape – control of the first opening.
On 1 bottle together with the instruction for medical use in the state and Russian languages place in a pack from cardboard.

To Store storage conditions at a temperature not above 25 °C.
After opening of a bottle to use within one month.
To store out of children’s reach.
