The route of administration and doses

Treatment of shingles

At adult Valavex is appointed in a dose of 1000 mg 3 times a day within 7 days.

Treatment of the infections caused

by VPG U of adults of Valavex is appointed in a dose of 500 mg 2 times a day.

In case of a recurrence the treatment has to continue 3 or 5 days. In more hard primary cases the treatment should be begun, as soon as possible, and its duration has to be increased from 5 to 10 days.
