the Pharmacological

Pharmacokinetics At properties intake drug is completely soaked up from the digestive tract (DT). Bioavailability of Bendazolum – about 80%, alpha glutamil – tryptophane – no more than 15%, ascorbic acid – up to 70%. Ascorbic acid is absorbed in a GIT (mainly in a small intestine). Communication with proteins of plasma – 25%. Time of the maximum concentration (TCmax) after intake – 4 h. Easily gets into leukocytes, thrombocytes, and then into all fabrics, passes through a placenta. Gastrointestinal diseases (peptic ulcer of a stomach and a 12-perstny gut, disturbance of motility of intestines, a helminthic invasion, a giardiasis), the use of fresh vegetable and fruit juice, alkaline drink reduce binding of ascorbic acid in intestines. Ascorbic acid mainly in a liver in dezoksiaskorbinovy, further in oxalacetic and diketogulonic acids is metabolized. It is removed by kidneys, through intestines, with then, breast milk in not changed look and in the form of metabolites. Bendazolum biotransformation products in blood are two conjugates which are formed owing to methylation and a karboetoksilirovaniye of iminogroup of an imidazolny ring of Bendazolum: 1-methyl-2-benzylbenzimidazole and 1-karboetoksi-2-benzylbenzimidazole. Metabolites of Bendazolum are removed with urine. Alpha glutamil – tryptophane under the influence of peptidases is split on L-glutaminic acid and L-tryptophane which are used by an organism in protein synthesis.
The pharmacodynamics
Drug is means of the etiopatogenetichesky and immunostimulating therapy, possesses the mediated antiviral action concerning influenza viruses And yes In and other viruses causing acute respiratory viral diseases.
Bendazolum induces development of endogenous interferon in an organism, has the moderate immunostimulating activity which is connected with regulation of a ratio of concentration of tsGMF and tsAMF in immune cells (increases the maintenance of tsGMF) that leads to proliferation of mature sensibilized T – and V-lymphocytes, secretion by them of factors of mutual regulation, cooperative reaction and activation of final effector function of cells. Enzymes which production is induced by interferona in cells of various bodies inhibit replication of viruses.
Alpha glutamil – tryptophane (timogen) is synergist of immunomodulatory effect of Bendazolum, normalizing the T-cellular link of immunity.
Ascorbic acid normalizes permeability of capillaries, formation of prostaglandins (Pg) and other mediators of inflammation oppresses, reducing thereby inflammation, and shows antioxidant properties, neutralizing the oxygen radicals accompanying inflammatory process increases resistance of an organism to an infection.

Indications
– as prevention and as a part of complex therapy of flu and acute respiratory viral infections at children are more senior than one year

the Route of administration and doses
of the Rule of preparation of solution: with powder to add 40 ml of water to a bottle (boiled, cooled to room temperature), it is good to shake up. Contents have to be dissolved completely. Solution volume after water addition – 50 ml.
Route of administration and doses: schemes of medical and preventive use are identical.
Inside in 30 min. prior to food.
To children aged from 1 up to 3 years – on 2 ml of solution 3 times a day.
To children aged from 3 up to 6 years – on 4 ml 3 times a day.
To children aged from 6 up to 10 years – on 8 ml 3 times a day.
To children 10 years are aged more senior – on 12 ml 3 times a day.
A use course – 4 days. The preventive course is repeated if necessary in 3-4 weeks.

Side effects
Very seldom (less than 0.01%):
– a short-term lowering of arterial pressure
– allergic reactions are possible: a small tortoiseshell

Medicinal interactions
of Interaction alpha glutamil – tryptophane with medicines is not revealed.
Bendazolum – prevents the increase in the general peripheric resistance of vessels (GPRV) caused by non-selective beta blockers. Strengthens hypotensive effect of hypotensive and diuretic medicines. Phentolamine strengthens hypotensive effect of Bendazolum.
Ascorbic acid – increases concentration in blood of benzylpenicillin and tetracyclines. Improves absorption in intestines of iron preparations. Reduces efficiency of heparin and indirect anticoagulants. Acetylsalicylic acid (ASK), oral contraceptives, fresh juice and alkaline drink reduce its absorption and assimilation. At simultaneous use with ASK discharge with urine of ascorbic acid raises and ASK discharge decreases. ASK reduces absorption of ascorbic acid approximately by 30%. Ascorbic acid increases risk of development of a crystalluria at treatment by salicylates and streptocides of short action, slows down removal by kidneys of acids, increases removal of the HP having alkali reaction (including alkaloids), reduces concentration in blood of oral contraceptives. At simultaneous use reduces chronotropic action of an izoprenalin. Reduces therapeutic effect of antipsychotic medicines (neuroleptics) – derivatives of a fenotiazin, a canalicular reabsorption of amphetamine and tricyclic antidepressants. Barbiturates and Primidonum increase removal of ascorbic acid with urine.

Special instructions
At repeated courses the periodic control of concentration of glucose in blood is recommended.
Allergic reactions are possible: small tortoiseshell. In these cases the use of drug is stopped and appoint symptomatic treatment, antihistamines.
Lactation period.
In the period of a lactation the use is possible if the expected advantage for mother exceeds potential risk for the child.
Features of influence of medicine on ability to run the vehicle or potentially dangerous mechanisms.

Overdose
Cases of overdose are not described.

The form of release and packing
On 20 g of drug place in bottles of dark glass or polymeric bottles. The bottle is corked a plastic cover with control of the first opening or a plastic cover with control of the first opening and protection against children.
On one bottle place in a pack from cardboard. The instruction for medical use in the state and Russian languages is placed in a pack from cardboard or in the form of the put leaf under the opening part of the label.
Put the portioning device in a pack (a measured glass or a spoon dosing, or the pipette dosing). It is allowed to put in a pack two portioning devices (a measured glass and a spoon dosing or a measured glass and the pipette dosing).

To Store storage conditions in the dry place at a temperature not higher than 25 wasps.
To store the prepared solution in the place protected from light at a temperature from 0 wasps up to 8 wasps.
